At TDI call centre,they have like 16 floor crowded with noob fag customer service calls.

You will end up having stupid newfag answer reading the script given by their own boss.

there's an easy solution for tmnut (which is what they're practising now)

they mean they will fix all throttling and high speed download effective 17th april...not fix the cable...

they don't need to break something for the cronies to earn from the 'repairs', that is just stupid and it actually attract more attention. the cronies might just earn money for announcing the so-called 'upgrades' that is actually invisible or non-existence.

I think even after they read your respond they also no feel.
They will just went back to sit down continue 'yum cha' and "snake' then GAJI when its pay time.
The only thing they know how to do is to CALL you for payment or type a RED LETTER asking for payment or just block your line if you dont make payment !
Other than that....for things that doesnt involved money they will IGNORE.
