Well, Ping do not help u / show anything regarding ur streamyx connection..
unless, u show them any ping > 1000ms
or else.... ur email will be ignore. ( basically all email send to NOC will be ignore, but at least we create awareness to them )


I dont see why u want to spent 1 hour to ping and send to them...

spend 1 hour to test with different IP, such as 60.51, 60.53, 60.54, 124 .. and etc .... Each ip group belongs to different routing, PingPlotter can see the hows the routing they do for my IP.
Well, i know it will be ignored, just try to give them some alert that telling and asking them what will they going to do the next ?

If NOC really 24 do their job, it shouldn't have browsing/downloading/latency issues, unless their trunk to International really congested or faulty.

Don't send it to VNOC, or my boss will start wondering why people are sending international complaints to us (of all places)!

Like they monitor the missle, crew, army, etc. LOL!

i believe they know that. b'coz they are the one who set all diff ip got fast/slow speed to diff location..

Btw, just do it... at least show them we (streamyx users) are not a noob..

We want them to change it and all IP's have same speed..

( The reason, why TM do this way is to save the bandwidth cost, Thanks to the TMnet CEO, for this stupid idea)

so this is where they monitor and do the routing i guess...look at the big map to the right...so actually it can be adjusted on-the-fly, no wonder our connections so PMS-ey...one day can be so slow, next day fast back..
