What is the problem: Frequent ping timeouts to the US of A (have not tested other regions)

Pinged Router, TMNet Gateway (first hop past router) and 4.2.2.2 (easiest US ip address to ping IMO, Verizon Public DNS server 2)

100% on router (2ms latency a few times, but wirelsss so meh)
99% to Gateway
85% to Verizon

Just giving some update with my speed line...started last night, my speed seems to a bit fast than normal..can load international page very fast, just like it should..this morning & also the time i'm posting now the speed is still can be consider fast...maybe it just me but i think TM fixed my line already, mail them lots of complaint & this is the result..

now my 115 IP link to US is slow again..sigh...knew it would happen

Very simple...because too many people are downloading and its congesting the network...thats why....today at 4am-5am i tested all the upload server speeds and it was fast...basically back to last time but now it is back to its crawling speed....so I think is most probably is too many users logging in...in case you guys still want to surf besides download use this proxy...it helps to load faster.
