yes it was in my estatement.

yes im using AGPS. which normally charged between rm0.03-0.06. but after change to HYC it charge me rm1 each time AGPS active.

data transfer is low for GPRS, but how come they imposed a fix rate? which in their website they put up 0.5 sen per Kb for non peak and 1 sen for peak.

Hotlink

guys check out the website ..it says the migration has ended ..but don't be fret? still can be part of the gang?

Here's how!

* Present your valid student ID at
participating dealer outlets or our
roadshows at your campus.
* Purchase our Hotlink Youth Club
pack at only RM8.80.

means what ? we can convert but need to pay ? or can still convert for free at participating dealer? itzz contradicting to "migration has ended statement"
anyone can clarify ? or anyone just converted at participating dealer?? pls share ... for the roadshows ..dun have central region !

Went to dealers around Damansara/Subang, most of them said there are two ways; buy new simpack and convert to other telco and then convert to hotlink again doh.gif It's such a troublesome thing to do, it would be much better if Hotlink charge certain amount to let us change directly doh.gif

Like I said, you cannot. You have to go to other telco and convert your hotlink to that telco, and then after succesful conversion, convert back to HYC. Be minded that this is what the hotlink dealers told me, I hold no responsibilities smile.gif

i think most dealers are doing is...

make u buy the new number... ( they help u to convert to HYC then ) ^^

dunno bout the GPRS charge... but my maxis so far is very nice... manage to maintain my rm100 for more than 2 months... ( which normally last like 1-1.5 month only... )

i just dont understand why conversion from normal hotlink to HYC only for limited period...

maybe they dont want to lose customer paying premium rate for their prepaid service...

luckily got MNP...

...i call customer service just now, he said, to join HYC by porting from other number or plan is not available anymore....even though from other telco...he added the only way to join HYC now is by purchasing new HYC simpack by presenting your student ID... wth ?? doh.gif

but i dont give a damn..... just keep trying guys..
