@ fazlittc, its exactly as what you describe. After that on the screen it will ask you whether you want to set to factory reset. Press the appropriate key on your keyboard.

Core Player 1.2.5. or above.. is pretty easy. I can confirm it will also stream all Internet radio as well. Works best with a better ROM upgrade or Custom ROM like ijte V5 TI

Why is it hard.. add to library.. or add your music files to music files directory (make one) on storage card and the player will add automatically.

Windows media player sucks...full stop.

1. Power down the phone

2. Press the two silver keys left and right together.

3. Power up

4. Release the two silver keys

5. Follow screen prompt

6. R to RESET X to exit.

nnono... wrong..

1) power off
2) press and hold two silver button in front.
3) use stylus to poke da reset button under da battery casing
4) then it will ask u to press 'R' to perform hard reset

Added on March 29, 2009, 1:24 ambeside somebody claimed that coreplayer 1.2.5 or 1.3.0 got problem with wvga resolution. they said best is 1.2.4. but till now i still doesnt have any problem with my 1.3.0 which i used to play conan n few movie in avi format.

btw, thx bro baronic because post up da regedit. for, media player or playlist management, i use nitrogen v2 or latest version, feel very nice.

besides, media player rite, u can make ur center button as 'toogle screen' in options menu. then use center to off da screen, then u can still use da navigation key to scoll to ur next song. that is more convinient for me.

at cinema now, movi starting soon. will post up da iris browser later when i reach home. but then iris browser reach only 97percent of display compatibility. while opera 9.7 can get 100 percent.

mate, no need to poke with stylus at all.. trust me..thats for soft reset as for the 1.2.5.xx well yeah there are still problems but it isn't the wvga.. I can do full screen with Aria lol.

okok.. haha.. i rarely do hard-reset... i juz flash my rom and without any hard-reset. is it any different? cant feel it anyway..

hmm.. downloading iris browser now.. u should see it on webfolder anytime now..

sometimes after flashing a pda u may have bad memory blocks. a hard reset after flashing clears this up and avoids any bugs caused by this

icic.. let me try it on da next time i flash my rom...

anyone can share experience on tweak/fastening da device??

yeah, i doesnt have any problem with v1.3.0 oso.. play full screen with a bit of laggy but acceptable..

Added on March 29, 2009, 5:53 pmto the guy who mailed me for the screen comparison of the X1 vs Touch pro..

the x1 has a bigger screen at 3" and higher resolution of 800 x 480 vs Tp 2.8" 640 x480.

Tp's screen isnt recessed so easier to get to the corners but X1 has 25 percent overall screen estate than the TP.

On a related note, the TP is also thicker and heavier than the x1 (and more expensive!!).

I did though tried to install the growing panel, but I couldnt get my hands on FlashLite 3.1 (I have the active X and the panel, you need the flash lite 3.1 too). Looking around the web but couldnt find it. If someone can share it that will be great.

updated webfolder which now have growing panel and other necessary stuff...

of caz, all da panel is R3AA 1..

i bring 2 phone everyday now.
1) celcom broadband unlimited monthly usage without voice plan (going to have voice plan added in)
2) normal DiGi family plan for everyday calling n sms-es..

which i actually feel bit un-handy to have 2 phones, but no choice... how bout u all? 1 phone settle everything? or doesnt have broadband package?

Chenged in v5.04:
-Almost all green is removed.
-Added 2 new drivers: Openvg.dll & Diag_LSM.dll wich speeds up vector graphics and makes the feel/flow/performance of the rom alot better.
-Added more fixes, BT works, dialer works (2g only, wich means no videodial for now)
-and ofcourse, updated build to 21042, wich is faster and less buggy (supposedly not from a beta rom)

i heard that there will no vidoecall with this new ROM

Well for work, I have unlimited 3G Celcom... I aint paying.. the company pays plus BBIS (BBerry) for those push email.

On the X1 Im too lazy to switch due to lots of experimenting so Im sticking to my Digi ..

For browsing and games and music, I use the Iphone.

and no way 1 phone settle everything haha... but I guess if I have a choice, the X1 would be it.

I'm currently working in SG, subscribed for broadband-on-mobile from Singtel (SGD13/month, 30GB data). As the network manager in my company, I just deployed Exchange 2007 in our company and I have configured OWA and ActiveSync last month. Main usage on my X1 is push mail though.

I hardly play games on my WinMo phones coz I do bring my PSP wherever I go.
