Thank alot! I did put the tone on windows folder, just didnt know it should be in WAV format.

And I also dload the growing panels and 3D fish panel from rkwan67 (thanks mate!). The growing panel works, but seems buggy though. The start up is really slow, and features like flowers glowing when charging, sms, received call, seems didnt work (must be becasue its beta though). The 3D fish wont start at all.
Oh, Im using jacks 3.1 by the way.

wau, growsing panel so much problem? but had u install flashlite 3.1 with it? u must have that b4 growinng panel can works. n nid to install wat activex deployment too.. i think i should upload to webfolder together with growing panel.

try it and then report back. i had no idea to, using wm6.5b2, with no growing panel installed.

hmm strange.. ensure you have installed ActiveX Deployment.cab also known as x1 flash lite. 3D Fish and Growing Panel works best with the new R3a Panels.

It works well on both the 6.5 B2 and 5.02/5.04 and Jack's medium/full. There's a slight flicker for Growing Panel on 6.5 b2 but otherwise it works fine.

I did install all the application needed for those panel (flashlite and activex that I got from your server). I even softreset and reinstall those.
Is it maybe I install it all in storage card instead of device itself? the way to activete it is by clicking the panel in program files\growing panel right?

edit: you know what, I compared the growing panel that I have with the one shown in experiancer blog, its totally different. Mine the tree is higher (as high as the background).

Regarding battery usage.
When im using the stock ROM, even after fully recharge at 10 pm, when I got up in the morning (after put in on standby) the battery is already at 90%. Normal usage from morning to evening, say 6pm, its already at 30%, which I think its quite ridiculous.
Using the jacks 3.1, same condition, still at 90%. Pretty good if you ask me.

yeah yeah.. im using wm6.5, battery life a lot better than Touch-IT v4.x last time...

now, whole *day push mail no problem oso.. but still, my max usage oso 1 day only..

by using invisibleshield? pouch? martin field? screen protector only? or anything?

BTW, myself use only Pouch while wanted to get martin field, but cant found any on malaysia market. anyone can recommend me or share ur all experience that how to best protect our xperia??

been using MF sp since p1....so far so good..

After flashing new ROM, you must do a HARD RESET as required. This will eliminate issues like this.

The Growing panel always 'grow' so it's always different hehe.

Im using martin shield and PDAir as protector to my X1. I didnt know about the quality of other screen protector, so I cant comment on that. For me, martin shield feels... solid (compared to cheap ass SP i used before).
I have an extra martin shield, but unfortunately my wife is wanting to get an X1 too (I shouldnt show off my phone to her...).

Well, actually my wife is not really a hi-tech kind of girl, she just think X1 looks nice and sexy! (I bet most women do..).
That martin field I bought it from ebay, and cost me RM100 bucks for 2 pieces. True, its pretty hard to find any seller for martin field. I think your best bet would be the guy from garage sale. Or maybe you want to try some other brand perhaps?

As sexy as SEX1 is, if you're not into tech stuffs I think it's still best not to get it because it will be quite pointless, not to mention some frustrations here and there while using it.

For not so tech savvy person, the best would be to get IPhone if you have the money for X1.

Just my opinion lol.

True. Thats why I insisted my wife to have a 'test drive' for a week with my phone just so she know what to expect. Shes got a few comment/complain, but overall shes happy with it.
And I dont even recommended IPhone to her, its too restricted.
