can any of u list out the pros and cons of xperia compared to iphone??
cos im still deciding whether to buy iphone or xperia...and what is the current price for xperia?

This X1 looks smaller physically as compared to the pics. Initially I thought it was bulky.

Hi Master here do anybody know what mp3 player is easy to use ?

because i have store my mp3 in my x1 but seem that the windows media player can play but when i press the power button to standby it stop.

on the xperial player can play but the song list very hard for me to edit or add song..

anybody can recommend something ?

anyone know how to 'hardreset'
based on my understanding

1. turn off the phone
2. Hold both right and left buttons (the ones right under the screen, dont know the name)
3. press power button, while still holding the others

can someone explain more details on this or snap pix or video guidance are appreciated

1) power off
2) press and hold two silver button in front.
3) use stylus to poke da reset button under da battery casing
4) then it will ask u to press 'R' to perform hard reset

Added on March 29, 2009, 1:24 ambeside somebody claimed that coreplayer 1.2.5 or 1.3.0 got problem with wvga resolution. they said best is 1.2.4. but till now i still doesnt have any problem with my 1.3.0 which i used to play conan n few movie in avi format.

btw, thx bro baronic because post up da regedit. for, media player or playlist management, i use nitrogen v2 or latest version, feel very nice.

besides, media player rite, u can make ur center button as 'toogle screen' in options menu. then use center to off da screen, then u can still use da navigation key to scoll to ur next song. that is more convinient for me.

hmm, last time i tried few times with different phone.. able to get it works?

i enable it, then click 3G -> WiFi, then follow it.. then i can detect da wifi at my lappy dy..

updated webfolder which now have growing panel and other necessary stuff...

what i mean is, do u all have any unlimited broandband over da phone?

i bring 2 phone everyday now.
1) celcom broadband unlimited monthly usage without voice plan (going to have voice plan added in)
2) normal DiGi family plan for everyday calling n sms-es..

which i actually feel bit un-handy to have 2 phones, but no choice... how bout u all? 1 phone settle everything? or doesnt have broadband package?

Thank alot! I did put the tone on windows folder, just didnt know it should be in WAV format.

And I also dload the growing panels and 3D fish panel from rkwan67 (thanks mate!). The growing panel works, but seems buggy though. The start up is really slow, and features like flowers glowing when charging, sms, received call, seems didnt work (must be becasue its beta though). The 3D fish wont start at all.
Oh, Im using jacks 3.1 by the way.

wau, growsing panel so much problem? but had u install flashlite 3.1 with it? u must have that b4 growinng panel can works. n nid to install wat activex deployment too.. i think i should upload to webfolder together with growing panel.

try it and then report back. i had no idea to, using wm6.5b2, with no growing panel installed.

I did install all the application needed for those panel (flashlite and activex that I got from your server). I even softreset and reinstall those.
Is it maybe I install it all in storage card instead of device itself? the way to activete it is by clicking the panel in program files\growing panel right?

edit: you know what, I compared the growing panel that I have with the one shown in experiancer blog, its totally different. Mine the tree is higher (as high as the background).

As sexy as SEX1 is, if you're not into tech stuffs I think it's still best not to get it because it will be quite pointless, not to mention some frustrations here and there while using it.

For not so tech savvy person, the best would be to get IPhone if you have the money for X1.

Just my opinion lol.

I think its got big potential, really amaze by the speed and functionality, but in xperia the text looks really blur.

i could not get any R3AA stock rom.. since it is not officially release yet..
