i recently changed my sim card to a newer 1 to enable 3G network. the symptom was 'inactive SIM' after few hours of usage usually caused by incoming or outgoing calls/sms/internet usage
i've oso changed to a newer W995 phone over my previous W200, to ensure my new phone wasn't d culprit, i've sent it to d service center for repairs...twice!
d sim card changed 3 times including tdy but still same prob persist, tried wif another phone W890i oso have same symptom. then i decided to call their customer service n need to wait for them to fix it out...
kinda annoyed when i need to ON/OFF my phone each time n not to mention calls can't go in
