hahahaa.. its not a made up storyla Mr. Nokia2003.... its the truth about the senario of the forum today....

   

eh betul ini. i x merepek sbb ini cerita dongeng aja.

a typical scenario in this subforum.

once upon a time, far far away, a bloke is looking to troubleshoot his iphone problem and looks through the pinned threads and saw the word "newbie" or "noob" embedded in the headings.

and he then goes into deep reconsideration, reassuring himself that he is no "newbie" or "noob" as he has used his iphone for i-don't-know-may-be for three weeks (whilst i have used mine for quite some time and still learning each day) and he has heard some of the sophisticated terms prior to this (which he has a vague idea about) for instance bricked, baseband, bootloader and decides to throw a jambo mambo cocktail. he will proceed to open a brand new thread despite having useful threads pinned up for his consumption.

however, when he starts to get backlashes (or perhaps some derogatory remarks alongside) from the forumers here, he will then sulk in the corner and voiced out that this is a forum and it is his God-given rights to ask and if you are not happy with him GTFO (or the latest trend, stop being a moderator wannabe). however once he gets his desired answer, he leaves for good without conveying his appreciation (not to mention leaving the thread open to entice further trolling/flaming) and make the regulars in this subforum look a bad a$$ and instill this i-feel-like-crap-feeling-despite-wanting-to-help feeling amongst the regulars.

the ironic thing is, despite pledging no intentions to revisit this subforum after his bad and horrifying experience, he will soon after proceed to come to seek for help should he run into trouble again. furthermore he also doesn't realise that nothing comes for free in this world and since he is so darn cheapskate to pay someone for a VIP/smile laden service, he should at least expect some "complimentary" remarks to come. i meant why pay so much for a 5 star hotel when a budget motel can equally serve the same purpose; putting a roof under you.

now boys and girls, that is how our subforum got this so-called reputation of being unhelpful/rude/offensive/vile et cetera amongst the LYN users here. thank you for listening.
