iTunes Store is experiencing a deflation nowadays =p
All prices are marked down to an extremely reasonable price,
except for Monkey Ball, Asphalt 4, Critter Crunch, Texas Hold'em, etc.

The Bejeweled2 which I paid for $9.99 is now $2.99 =((

Anyone knows how to convert and have full screen videos on iPhone/iTouch using Super Converter ?

I tried a few times but it doesnt fit the WHOLE screen.

Attempted using different settings and different aspect ratios but it just dont fit =(

Anyone knows why?

** Video files that I've used are all DVD format video files

Discover (AppStore - Free)

- allows you to easily transfer files between your iPhone and any other iPhone or computer via a Wifi network. You can set a password to protect your private files and only share public volume to your friends.

The app is quit simple to use, by launching Discover it will find your friends iPhone’s wifi network, and after authorizing your connection request you can browse his/her iPhone content, select the content and swap it onto your iPhone.

its one of the great app for you to view documents files offline

its very convenient to transfer files simply using bonjour

you can also transfer files between iPhones too !

in addition, its kinda stable as it does not hang and lags much

a great app to be on every iPhone/iPod touch =)

As you guys probably already know, Google Maps Street View is going to be included in the upcoming FW2.2. My friend and I were just comparing the GPS capabilities of my iPhone and his Nokia N96. Of course his map is very impressive with the Nokia Maps software but I drew out my trump card and showed him what my phone can do.  brows.gif

Of course, the bad news is Malaysia's Street View will be quite a long time off from now unfortunately. When Google are you going to send your Street View Car to our country??

...oh and if you're wondering... I totally pwned my friend's N96 right there and then with Street View  laugh.gif

Wow upgraded to 2.2 wow! Excited too wow!

To each his own, the few of us who are excited about 2.2 more than Cydia, kept out opinions to ourselves, as our sign of respect and not to kill your joy, when you had your party on all things Cydia.  At the very least, have the decency to return that favour. I certainly kept my opinions to myself to not stir the pot, but if someone else is stirring it, don't blame me if I stir back. Friendly advice before things gets any hairier. You know who you are.

heyy stringfellow

will you lose all your data when you updated to 2.2?

do you need to restore from backup again?

try to read up the info and guide at iClarified... it does provide details and step by step information already.
Try out and see... it's quite difficult for us to know whether it is correct or not on the steps you have done.

try and explore.... if unsuccessful, then try again until you got it. You won't lose anything by the way, isn't it ?

did you lose your data when you update? =)

i used to update to the latest version of firmware using pwnage

( by restoring to the custom firmware )

i thought of using quickpwn so i updated to 2.2 and tried to run quickpwn

but after updating my phone is already able to make calls

and i still have all my data with me,

even if i havent start running quickpwn

how come its already unlock at this moment? O.o

Added on November 23, 2008, 10:10 pmerrr wait,

Added on November 23, 2008, 10:29 pmgot the street views but not m'sia's maps =(

Yes it is but that's not the main function of a baseband upgrade. It's just a by product from updating the baseband as the 'hacked' baseband been replaced by a new one hence the need to unlock the baseband again. It would be a waste of time and resources for Apple to upgrade the baseband just to outrun unlockers.

does it mean that it is very likely to happen again on 2.3 and even on 2.4 and 2.5?

great i dont need to wait the devTeam for the unlock if so =)
