you guys iphone can stand by how long ya?
my phone battery look like got problem,cos just early morning already full of charge.just pass few hour then alerady took 5% of the battery life.wat going oN ;-(

one noob question here..i might be getting iphone 3g soon..

i'm using the old 64k Hotlink simcard..do i have to change to 3g simcard in order to use the iphone 3g?

p/s: previously my iphone 2g had problems detecting 3g celcom simcard..will iphone 3g have problems detecting a non 3g sim card?

i tot the simcard will automatically change to 3g card if use with 3g hp..or mayb need activate 3g with ur current simcard

i think if not mistaken is around 2-3hour only

my simcard is already activated with 3g..but my sim card is the very old 1..i'm not sure whether iphone 3g can detect my old sim card or not..cause previously my iphone 2g cant detect a new celcom 3g simcard..

Y dun u take it from Maxis?because if u take Maxis one i think when update everything also no need worry.
like now i wan to upgrade firmware i also worry.scare after update cannot on my phone

anywhere u better just change the simcard lo.
the maxis plp will help u back up all the contact and change new one for u.
after u get new simcard more stable and can store many contact no. ma.

maxis 1 is too expensive..i'm getting NZ official unlocked set..so i shouldnt be a problem upgrading the firmware rite?

iPhone does not read sim card contacts. The only way is to import your contacts into your iPhone. Go to (Settings> Mail,Contacts,Calender> Import SIM Contacts)

to those who want to use hotmail with da i3g mail app, its now possible...
rx n gang...make note...no seetings needed...
just go to settings, mail, add acc...choose others n proceed with da info...
done...

All sifu pls help me.Since from 1st day i took the phone until today,i feel that my iphone battery life really short.I very less make call, wifi on9 or even play game.my iphone battery life only can stand by only one day.
I found that in setting->usage in this section can show us the daily battery usage,am i right?i very less use my iphone but here show me usage 2hour 56min and standby 10hour 17min.about this i really wan to ask u guys, y in usage hv took 2hour plus?Is there any program and software hire running?Do i need to reset all setting?cos i really dislike charge phone everyday.I found that iphone can stand by 300 hour for 3g version le.
Besides this, my iphone firmware only 2.1(5F136) is come from NZ.Can i possible update firmware anytime?can any sifu pls help me about this!
