QUOTE(justone @ Jun 2 2009, 07:25 PM) it depends...i'm sure we dun treat every single thing in our life the same way I do agree with you that everyone reads reviews beforesurvey is important, but over-survey or info overload will not earn u anythn jz find a balance point that's it pc items or parts' reviews really helps...not everyone hav d chance and TIME to try out everythn, unless they are students or rich ppl simple question for urself, do u really need a lachesis? To find how people think of the prroduct But I'm talking about users to the extend of not trying out for themselves But depend on people's answer to follow I'm not pointing fingers to anyone, It's just an advice My Lachesis was a jump from my krait I've never tried that mouse that time and it was cheap So I just decided to try something new since the DA is already out and the price difference is not big This post has been edited by azrinarizz: Jun 2 2009, 09:20 PM |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Jun 2 2009, 10:04 PM) I like my DA but the DPI is quite dissapointing...it's precise but im a high sensitivity user..maybe i shud change mousepad only or wat?? Normally if your mouse cursor moves here and there. It could cause by the sensor and the padThe grip you use can effect the precision. If you hold it hard, it causes the pad to sink in So when you play, the mouse detects every movement and that's how you get the cursor moving here and there You could either get a harder pad or just change your grip style. What pad are you using btw? |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jun 2 2009, 10:40 PM) Haha I got that reply too when I complained about moving cursors with my Lachesis on Goliathus Control Ed. I got the Destructor and the problem was solved. Now I'm using the Mamba on the Destructor too. No jitters. I guess Razer's newer Laser sensors are just too sensitive, to even detect slight movements like a soft pad 'deflating'. Funny though that my old Copperhead works fine on all surfaces. Using it with a Goliathus Control Ed now. |

I see nothing wrong with your grip. What DPI are you using anyways? until you face this problem
My grip is more or less like yours. You are using normal QCK? could be because of the thin layer? I suggest you just to step down the DPI a little, don't have to spend money for a new pad. |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Jun 2 2009, 11:05 PM) Your grip is your own, it's up to you. There is no right or wrong. We only mentioned grips because of the jittery cursors, problems with the Lachesis and Mamba at high dpi settings. As far as I know, the DeathAdder has no such problems. Try experiment around with your driver settings (dpi and sensitivity) to get your own 'optimum' profile. Only failing that should you look for a new mouse or gaming mat/pad. QUOTE(mois @ Jun 3 2009, 08:32 AM) so now if want to use mamba need to buy destructor? rm449 + rm100+? Anyone tried mamba on qck heavy? Haha it's not really a MUST to have the Destructor along with the Mamba. Just that it works best with it. It works well on any hard surfaces, or even certain soft mats. But then again, the Destructor is an exceptional gaming pad, you won't regret spending RM130+ on it. QUOTE(Getz @ Jun 3 2009, 10:54 AM) I've only used the original Diamondback (my first Razer!) many years ago, and it was pretty damn good, but a tad on the small side. I've never used a Diamondback 3G though, but it should be similar.Depends on your preferred grip (claw/palm) and palm size, either get the Diamondback 3G or the DeathAdder. |

QUOTE(Getz @ Jun 3 2009, 10:54 AM) I switched from Krait to DB3G and personally for me, the most notable difference is the size. I just like the DB3G more because i could get a bigger grip as compared to the Krait. Probably cause i have a big palm This post has been edited by akachester: Jun 3 2009, 02:22 PM |

QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Jun 3 2009, 03:48 PM) oh yah, i tot u said u high-sensitivity user, why want to lower dpi? shouldn't higher dpi be better for you?anyway, if only that 3 option, then the only thing u can lower closest to 1000 dpi is 900 dpi lo, then try set your main sensitivity a bit |
