So Shafary, If you complain, please list the "Low toilet Ceiling" on top of the list, or other problem go first., because they just see on the first item only(I guess)

i will go to church first on sunday. i already inform all my relative who bought house at amansiara. maybe will go on a little bit late. if need my help tomorrow morning(saturday) can contact me. 016-331 3403. I free on tomorrow.Thanks,

sad to say that the phase II toilet height is still the same as phase I ,i suggest those who bought phase II and III,check with the developer to increase
the toilet height if not yet fix celing since phase I owner already complain,notice some unit have slightly slope in. hmm.gif


Notice small road already turn into one way street,the developer use the idea suggest by member earlier in this forum. nod.gif

Great ... the developer does listen to ideas. I also would like to see simple markings on the road and signboards for designated Visitors Parkings. But I think this matter can only be discussed when the residents committee is set up, as we need to identify which areas are suitable for visitors parkings.

Sad to hear that the same problem for Phase II as well, the ceiling height for bathroom.

Already check inside toilet,still got around 6''to shift up celing without removing the water tank,if remove water tank can shift all the way up but need to plaster brick wall and cut off water tank support angle iron. nod.gif

Augustine.how did you managed to get into the phase II site (and even entered into the unit)? Phase II are till walled up when I was driven up there by a phase I owner (thankx Steven Koh!).
