You all kena confirm dulu dgn wirama diorang dah terima payment dari bank atau belum...
My bank released payment 26/11/09, tapi bila saya call wirama diorang cakap belum received dan suruh saya call balik 1 atau 2 hari lagi utk confirm...then bila diorang dah confirm baru boleh pergi buat bayaran dan buat appointment utk ambil kunci kat site office.... |

it seem that you all very lucky... this morning i call the Perbendaharaan, bahagian pinjaman perumahan... they said that they received letter from wirama on 24 Nov 2009... but till this morning, they still waiting for the voucher department to find the file... and yet have to wait the department to process it...then go into payment department...and bla...bla...bla...
nampaknyer lama lagi lah to share the happiness with you all.... |

Please take note, i went to AmanSiara on 29 November (Sunday). The water meter and power cable still not connected to our house.. CAN WE TAKE KEYS HAPPILY INGORING THIS??? IS THIS FAIR TO US? HOW CAN WE CHECK THE DEFECT OF OUR HOUSE IF NO POWER SUPPLY AND WATER? CAN'T CHECK CRACK EVERY WHERE, CAN'T CHECK WATER LEAKAGE, SMOOTHNESS OF WALL etc......... WONDER WHY THE DEVELOPER EAGLING WANT US/OWNER TO COLLECT KEY WITHOUT PREPARATION SINCE OUR S&P STILL GOT 1 YEAR TO GO. I HAVE A LOT OF DOUBT. AFRAID OF IRRESPONSIBLE DEVELOPER... When reading through the forum lately, I cant help but smile. It seems that history repeats itself. Issues of late interest chrgs, VP w/o CF, maintenance fees etc. Those were the things that we went through few months ago.
A piece of advise. Be patient. Take things one at time. Take your time and study every matters accordingly.So that you wont miss anything or make a regretfull decision. Act when you r really sure or satisfied that it is the best way or the best solution. I have made few mistakes along the way. 1stly check your property. My biggest mistake was I did not pay attention to the ceilings and walls. If the ceilings or walls are uneven or something like wavy, pls report it. I thought it was common until I got the chance to check on other properties. They will plaster and paint it all over again. I only realise that after moving in. Since i have all the furnitures in I only asked them to do only part of the walls. I cant do anything much to the ceilings as i have fitted the lightings and fan. I have also painted my property. Furthermore you will have to take few days off for them to do the job. I did not do plaster ceiling or cornice so if anybody look up they would be able to see the crooked ceiling especially in the bedroom. Something to share. I am sure you can still check the defects w/o lighttings. Worst case scenario bring along torch light. Look for the major defect. From there work your way down. Make sure your walls and ceilings are properly done. Only then check for the minor defects. water will only comes in after you got the CF. Then test your tanks and look for leakage. Yeahhhh... gotten my access card but only 1 instead of 2...
wondering should i walk from entrance till my house... Bout the water & electricity meter... hmmm... think on other view... if they install early, any usage will be at own cost... my opinion is that make sure they install it before or upon availability of CF. |

yup, our parking is longer one, both phase 2 and phase 3 also have 25 feets car park.
our one is phase 2 level 1 and phase 3 level 3, both also should have 25 feets. just now i called the sales person who sold the hse for us, he also said that when we bought that time, developer said should have 2 access card de, he promise me to help to ask the developer regarding this. Hopefully he manage to solve for me... |
