I am on the 4 th floor and I trust my neighbour would be considerate and not do anything such as fixing a vent fan or duct facing my porch. If that happens and the mgmt does not do anything then I will just build a small box/case to cover the the fan and paint over it.  I understand Isloong's concern and it is a concern for many I believe.  and those staying on the upper floor.....please don't reverse park your car.  The smoke/smell from the car exhaust is bad and it can get into the grd floor homes very easily.  Pls park your car  - front facing in.  I was visiting a house last week and realised this.

I believe we trust in each other to be able to live in peace with each other.

Added on November 21, 2009, 1:34 amOur family invested in a few units and we are intending to sell/rent one unit which is on the fourth floor Phase 2 - Phase 1 design and another Phase 3 fourth floor.  Anyone keen to buy a rent please let me know.  The Phase 3 unit is a good unit as it is corner and has the view of Phase 1 and Phase 2 and it is on the very front row.

i totally agree with kokiegigit.to become 1 great neighbourhood (1amansiara) we should think bout other ppl as well b4 we do certain things. nothing personal but just abit of considerate... Peace Guys!!! 

Actually can set up a stall to sell nasi lemak in the morning at the entrance of amansiara. People will bugus to office to eat..

tang kereta masuk reverse parking tu... asap masuk ke floor bawah ye? saya pun masuk reverse sebab parking tu slanting ke bawah, kalau masuk front dulu nanti nak reverse utk keluar susah naik bukit, sekarang ni masih parking kat luar 'cos sempit sangat tpt parking tu. sapa2 yg ada 2 kereta memang masalah nampaknya bila ramai dah pindah.

rumah saya pun slanting. as a matter of fact one of the worse case. mmg susah skit tapi manageable. kalau kita nak ikut senang sendiri takut nanti gaduh plak dgn jiran.

Deb is right.  It is Phase 3 with Phase 1 design.  Phase 3 should be next month.
