wer's the row of shops they suppose to build ??didnt see any progress on it ? if got mini NSK Amansiara, it should be very convenience for the Amansiarans ...if possible, ada restoran 1M, (Malays,Chi, indian food stallls...bila balik dari kerja, dan penat memasak tu, bolehlah Da Bao aje...

Actually can set up a stall to sell nasi lemak in the morning at the entrance of amansiara. People will bugus to office to eat..

I think this is not issue of bangsa or ugama. its not just about halal or haram. Firstly, this is about being a considerate neighbour. Everyone must understand the sensivity of our neighbour. Secondly,w/o the ducting there is another alternative which is by using a slim kitchen hood. Infact I believe we dont cook that heavy that we need a ducting. a slim hood would do the job just fine. This is not mamak restaurant. Thirdly, using ducting is not environment friendly. that is why in certain country ducting is not allowed especially in condominium. Fourthly, you will find the exhaust fan become oily and dirty after sometime. Usually people dont clean the exhaust fan because difficult to reach. So malas to clean lah. It would look very ugly from outside. Fifth, If you could find the exhaust dirty, somehow or rather the car porch could also be effected although maybe minor or only visible in a long period of time. Nevetheless, it will still has its effect. All in all be a considerate neigbour. There are solutions for this.

p/s Let me add. By installing ventilation/exhaust fan, its like throwing rubbish into our neighbour's porch.

Hmm... i agree with this. Because, by installing the ventilation or fans, should make neighbour cars become very dirty... and oilly.

i'm at ground floor also. hope that others ground floor or third floor owner can consider more environmental method to solve this problem.

saya setuju dgn kokiegigit. saya pun mulanya dah terbeli yg ada exhaust fan tapi saya tukar balik kpd yg guna charcoal filter, so, tak perlu buat outlet keluar because filter tu dah tapis minyak dan bau. setuju that we should be considerate to make sure that our neighborhood remain peaceful. lagipun berbaik2 ngan jiran pun tuntutan agama.. tak kiralah apa agama pun kan?

i totally agree with kokiegigit.to become 1 great neighbourhood (1amansiara) we should think bout other ppl as well b4 we do certain things. nothing personal but just abit of considerate... Peace Guys!!!

Minta maaf jika ayat terdahulu menyinggung sesiapa. Saya TIDAK bermaksud utk membangkitkan isu agama atau bangsa sama sekali. Cuma kita ni berjiran kenalah peka siapa jiran kita..... Kalau btl kita perihatin terhadap orang lain setiap masalah pasti ada penyelesaiannya.... Mr kwa ada kata yg owner 1st n 3rd floor blh pasang venti fan yg kat bumbung. kita berjiran tlglah ingatkan tempat org juga. Takkan setiap kali jiran kita masak kita pula yg kena cuci lantai, kasut, kereta dan pokok bunga kita.. kena guna sabun pula tu.... belum sempat jumpa mr kwa tengoklah nanti apa dia kata.

Dont worry. I think most of us understand your concerned. There was one instance where I visited one of the house which was under renovation. I asked the contractor why there is an exhaust fan facing the neighbour's car porch. He said he already advised but the owner insisted to have the exhaust fan. The owner is a singaporean!!!! lu fikirlah sendiri.

There shouldn't be any compromise when it comes to being a good neighbour. We are not staying in single storey or double storey terrace house. By right, any wall that you share with your neighbour should not be modified at all. PERIOD!

For the past few months, we have shown that Amansiarans are fully capable of achieving 1Malaysia concept. Nevertheless, there will be some of us who are not considerate and we shall deal with this people discreetly via the JMB, without any prejudice.

Keluarga saya bercadang untuk pindah ke unit kami pada bulan Disember 20 haribulan. Mungkin bagi mereka yang berkenalan di sini, kita boleh mengadakan makan-makan yang ringkas bagi meraikan suasana yang baru. Cadangan?

My house 4th floor, the ducting outside my house, not disturb rumah jiran..if oily sangat the oil akan flow to my car porch..

Kalau dapat 2 in 1 washing machine + drier memang bagus. Saya pernah nginap apartment tuan rumah pasang drier mouting kat dinding atas washing machine...

I am on the 4 th floor and I trust my neighbour would be considerate and not do anything such as fixing a vent fan or duct facing my porch. If that happens and the mgmt does not do anything then I will just build a small box/case to cover the the fan and paint over it. I understand Isloong's concern and it is a concern for many I believe. and those staying on the upper floor.....please don't reverse park your car. The smoke/smell from the car exhaust is bad and it can get into the grd floor homes very easily. Pls park your car - front facing in. I was visiting a house last week and realised this.

I believe we trust in each other to be able to live in peace with each other.

Added on November 21, 2009, 1:34 amOur family invested in a few units and we are intending to sell/rent one unit which is on the fourth floor Phase 2 - Phase 1 design and another Phase 3 fourth floor. Anyone keen to buy a rent please let me know. The Phase 3 unit is a good unit as it is corner and has the view of Phase 1 and Phase 2 and it is on the very front row.
