QUOTE(gs20 @ Mar 2 2014, 12:18 PM) Been to Gunung Tok Wan this morning. A lot of people underestimate Tok Wan being short. But what they never expect it was a M shape mountain and most never prepare sufficient water. ![]() 2 hours up & 1.5 hours down. Estimated distance to the top according to other hiker is 4.1km from car park to the end. If one to witness the sunrise in Broga Hill, by that time it is 7 AM and getting down from Tok Wan could be around 9.30-10AM, and the terrain itself is well exposed to sunlight. A lot of beginner dehydrated from here |

Yes, I'm quite surprise I consumed more water than usual. If one to witness the sunrise in Broga Hill, by that time it is 7 AM and getting down from Tok Wan could be around 9.30-10AM, and the terrain itself is well exposed to sunlight. A lot of beginner dehydrated from here I brought along a 500ml 100+ with another 500ml water I thought that should be enough. I drained every single drop of it by the time I was back to my car. |

QUOTE(gs20 @ Mar 2 2014, 11:19 PM) Yes, I'm quite surprise I consumed more water than usual. LOL. Weather is quite hot bro. Luckily you brought enough water. The last time I hiked saw too many people dehydrated and I have to offer mine to them. Of course to girls only if you believe I brought along a 500ml 100+ with another 500ml water I thought that should be enough. I drained every single drop of it by the time I was back to my car. |
