Hi...there are several groups on Facebook. Try waterfall survivors. They are crazy about waterfalls and do organize camping trips from time to time.
For jungle hikes, you can consider putting together your own group of friends. Just make sure that your do the necessary preps befor going out (equipment, knowledge etc).

Hope this helps.

Good idea about target shooting. I've done target shooting as well although .22 pistol is not as much fun as 9mm and bullets aren't cheap. Unfortunately you'll need a club membership to go for larger caliber bullets or rifles/shotguns.

Selangor Shooting Club near the old Subang Airport for outdoor .22 pistol and City Square Shooting Gallery for indoor 9mm handguns. Both accept walk ins.

Can someone tell me how to go to this Shooting Club , address or any contact no? How much their charge per person? need license to play? smile.gif

Hi ZintanthraX...there are many places to camp in Selangor. Some places however like Chilling waterfall at KKB requires advance permission from the fisheries dept. They have good facilities there.

Camping near waterfalls and rivers are great experiences. But they are also very dangerous because of flash floods. Unless it is a established campsite AND your group is experienced, I would recommend that you start camping somewhere far from a river.

As for fishing, I doubt if you will get much luck at rivers unless you are willing to hike many many hours in to camp. Your best bet is to find an area with fish ponds or the beach.

Hope you have a good & safe trip!

The journey sounds far but it doesn't at all. Just need to careful when you are river crossing as you will be crossing 5-6 times to reach to the main waterfall event. When the weather show sign of raining, do pack and head back to the base camp.

Hi Shin...
You can get them at most hard ware shops. Some shops even sells them in pre-stitched, eyelets sizes. Sizes range from 6fX3f to as big as 9fX6f.
The bigger they are, the heavier they are to carry though.
Lightweight tarps don come cheap though.

oh I been there before and omgdness.. the place isn't interesting. It's so plain dull and dirty.. lotsa rubbish everywhere... and almost everything about that place isn't good like totally gross.. especially the cleanliness is way below pile! .. so not recommended! =l ... Unlike camping at janda Baik.. there is way better in so many ways I can tell you all about it if you want smile.gif .. and of cause, there're other better places around.
