Sungai Congkak is not a bad place to go. Enjoyed my 2 days 1 night camping there.
Love the atmosphere there and it is safe for children too.

Long time no posting here. Spent my Sunday here. Jangkar Waterfall. There's a dude at the bottom for comparison. This fall already claimed 3 lives.

On the way back now.

Nice. Raining late evening everyday. Hike into some waterfall. Very nice.

The journey is Long. Bus, 4x4, sampan and lastly hike for 1hr to the campsite. Next day 4hr hike into the waterfall area. A lot of leeches. Even campsite. Jump into river also will kena leeches.

A place must go if you a hiker.

Bringing a group of amateurs to G. Datuk (1st time hikers). Wanna do a 2d1n trip to N. Sembilan too. Which of these two schedules u think is better/more comfortable for them? (to me anything is fine, but idk which is better for them)
1. leave early morning to n9, hike morning, back down afternoon, stay 1n, back.
2. leave for n9, stay 1n, next morning hike, back after hike.

Why you called it amateurs but 1st time hikers?

1st wan is better. Can cheer out. Next day can do more. Also you can hike up again very early morning for a good view.
