uuuuuuuu..two training session per day.. SOUNDS DEM GOOD.. ..hmm for my sem break im gonna go ALL OUT PUMPING time...
im working so.... morning wake up one session ..then b4 work another session.. hehehehehhehehehehehe...... should be awesome.... gonna be cooking my own food ...and having milk..egggs and fruit and oats diet.. DAYUM...
why u may ask!??! EHHEHE COZ IM MOVING OUT OF COLLEGE WOOOTS

hmmm..funny thing is i dont believe im pushing myself as hard as i can....demmit..studies ..and allll sortsa things getting in the way.. aih...
nevermind...cant wait fer my finals to be ova...gonna planout a good workout schedule.... will update my page soon..aih..no time lerh... sucks!

anyone got their 3rd and last pair of abs prominently out?... i dont think its the fat...my first 4 can clearly see..but it seems that the balance 2 just don wana get out hahah.. suks....
oh yea... im doing
ab vacuums legraises crunches and renegad dmbell rows...
any advise... my diet is low carb already...
having only 1 meal of rice... and 2 meals of
6 tablespoons of oats 3 tablespons of milk powda 9-15 raisins 2 cream crackers hot water...
then 2 scoops of whey a day...
yesterday did 5x8x2=80 flights of stairs.... up and down....
it was raining.. sucsk

of course la.. bodybuilding is a long term thing.. but u can maximise ur gains by doing a PROPER SCHEDULE , PROPER DIET, PROPER INTENSITY, PROPER FORM..... AND STICKING TO IT for a PROPER DURATION!! this is the formula for success with warranty  hahahaha but how many ppl can do it?... i got the intensity and sticking to it part ok.....and 75% of the form done... working on the diet and schedule...

haha..yea..i agree.. i do skull crushers..a sanding version of it...tricep extensions.... reverse push ups and also kickbacks.. ( these suck to HELL )

yea ... hmmm.. dan..where do u gym?...dude.u developed for a 16 ear old man....  . .today is my leg day.... aih... squat.. lunge...deadlift.... hmmm.... tomorrow exam...should i do it?... maybe ill pass on the 100 kg deadlift today...stick with 70 la..  .. do more....hmmm see how it goes..... owh well...

aaah...satisfaction .... to day.... i did
70kgx5 80kgx4 90kgx4 100kgx3 110kgx2 120kgx2......
deadlifts... with about 2 mins break... hehehehhheheheh.... if i lifted fresh after warm up....maybe can do 140 kg...hmmm...jonyeap was right..ehehhehe...

hmmm... i think next time im gonna attempt 140kgs after 5x70kgs for warming up..and a good stretch..
oh yea... definitely bringing my belt this time... dem... that last 120kgs.... my hams could barely support the negative part of it...shaiiiiiiites.....
tomorrow i aint gonna walk.. oh yea..before the dead lifts i did 5x 40kg squats and 2x50kg squats....
nothing great i know..but consider that i had to clean those damn weights up on my shoulder before each set...aih... fatiguing.....
oh yea.. and i did 5 full pullups after each 2 sets of squats...
demmmmmmm..........
next time im gonna up the intensity....wanna time myself...reduce waiting time... after the 120kgs ..aih..had to take a short break....
my legs were vibrating........ O_O

hhahah yea.. luv them leg days.... the heaviest weights..
so far... my stats..
bench : 70kg 3rep squat : 60kg 5x7 rep ( probably can do 80kgs for 3-5 rep) deadlift : 120kg...
1st target was bench 1x bodyweight (reched) 70kg squat bodyweight ( can reach) 70kg deadlift 1.5 time body weight ( reached) 105kg
new target...
bench 1.5x bodyweight ( 105kg) squat 1.5x bodyweight..(105kg) deadlift 2x bodyweight (140kg)
a peculiar thing i noticed... guys in the gym when the squat..the angle between the hamstring and the calf maximum also reach 120 degrees..then they go up..partial squats.....
whats the use of this?...
when i squat my thigh is perpendicular to the floor... if i go lower i feel then my quads no longer supporting the weight... the weights is on my tendons and joints. which is a pretty bad thing i gues....
any advise on this.. pizzaboy?.. darkie?

hmm..actually i dont to ATG... somhow in between ATG and half squats i think.... my but is on the same plane as my quads which are parrelel... ..even 50 kgs this way...dem man...not easy....
if i do it on the safety bar then i would dare do more.......... yea.... need lots of work on my damn calves...aargh..
