for what muscle?.... mainly quads...glutes slightly on your back.... depends on what variation u do...

kianweic... its 10 LB not 10 KG.. if u got 10 KG lying around..fuuyo...

scivation..ahahha.. ok.. i purchased it....

firstly.. it mixes BADLY

second.. it dont taste good..

3rdly it leaves a oily "grain of sand" like residue dat dont come out from rinsing

stopped using my bottle to drink whey...now mainly use big cup.. aih....

finish this 10lb then im hittinh ON again..


Added on July 13, 2009, 4:41 pmoh yea.. i only use whey now if i dont get 4 pieces of breast chicken (100g of prot) per day....


whey is a supplement.. not a must.. if ur diet is taking in natural food that suffices its better

beer belly is actually one of the expressions of ascites...its is the accumulation of fluid in the peritonial cavity..

one of the pathologies is when liver cirrhosis happens(due to alchohols consumption), the flow of blood into the liver in the hepatic portal artery is obstructed, this creates a backflow pressure that increases the hydrostatic pressure in the artery. in turn this forces out blood which form tissue fluid (minus the erythrocytes and whatever).... this tissue fluid is forced into the peritoneal cavity and WHOOSSH....your beer belly...

it can be temporarily cured by drainage..but..it will reoccur because the underlying cause is not resolved.....

compared to hl.... how is dutch lady.... giant was having an offer last month... 1 pack of 1 litre milk for RM2.99.... i bought 6 hahahhaha...... and its not expiring soon also... FULL cream milk..

as i know... if u just take too much protein..it is redundant bro.... u need carbs to initiate insulin response... insulin has a whole lotta good stuff like stopping protein breakdown, increasing anabolism and redcing catabolic activity... but then it also converts glucose to triglicerides and then into fat.... O_O....

moderation is the key....pump the protein..but with carbs and fats!

" light exercise" ? .. ahhahah..oh well... do take note that those things are kinda dangerous.... make sure its secured properly with the nail "thingamajig" that comes with it... if u fall halfway up ..ull be lucky if its only your arse that got hurt
