thats how many grams of protein that would bea good start for u to ingest per day eg..me... 70kg x 2.2 = 154g o protein... 1 chicken breast = about 25 grams... so go figure |

protein is protein unless u got some Krebs cycle and gluconeogenesis going on in your frying pan... protein will be protein..... dont eat meat raw : parasites and risk of getting an infection raw eggs : risk of salmonella or other bacterial infections(the risks outweigh the benefits) |

nit pickin is fine.... but consider your position larh if u are eating 2 meals a day of rice and curry ....doing 80 sit ups per day and bicep curls 3 times a week, sleeping 4 hours a day, never heard of and never done a deadlift/squat..... and then u are so concerned about the difference between fried egg and raw egg....dont bother lah... hahah sadly this is the case of most wannabe's.......
