Hey all, according to Physics, hot air rise up to the top right?

So is it normal if my casing's top can evaporate water?

I found out my PSU is emitting a lot of heat.

well, wet tissues and wet cloths (kain kasar) do dried up and become "crispy" on top of my casing. but i've got a top 120mm blowhole.

Hot air flow from bottom to top cos hot air is lighter.
The droplets are caused by condensation when hot air becomes water due to colder surrounding environment.
This phenomenon usually occurs in air-conded room.

The G105M is not the same version as 9 or 8 series. It's a new version made to slot in between the 9 series and the G200 series

How about the performance then? It is equivalent to which one? Thx for reply ... rclxms.gif

Mobile graphics card cannot be compared to it's desktop variant as they have nothing in common. They are not the same chipset. Its named similarly just for easy reference.

I only know that GTX280M uses G92 chip, which is actually the same chip use for 9800GTX+ series. so basically the name sounds like a desktop GTX 280, but it's actually the performance of 9800GTX+. so that's just an example

Power consumption is an issue for laptop.
mobile gc must be slower than those of the desktop to reduce power usage.
the power drawn by psu is different with DC and battery.

9300M GS is like 8400M GS....good to light gaming such as old times games , CS and Dota.

But the 9300M GS mainly purpose is for decote the High Definition Movie only to let it runs smooth....not for gaming

guys im tyring out the 185.66 beta driver. im using gtx285 on a vista 64bit with samsung 2233sw native resolution of 1920x1080.

the problem is there will be for black bars around my screen if i run at native resolution. i tried setting other resolutions and everything appears fullscreen, but just the 1920x1080 resolution where my screen will become smaller with 4 black bars around. what could be the problem? or maybe i should just change back to stable driver... cry.gif

bro.. its because of your monitor. i bet u r using 16:10 type of monitor same goes to the one im using when i set to 1920x1080 then will have blaCK bars but mine only on top and bottom like HD movies style. if u wanna solve the prob u must get a 16:9 monotor wink.gif

the water level in cup will drop because surrounding is very dry therefor the air is sucking the water instead of sucking our body's water

\arct just like lat said
thats ure problem

but u can solve in nvidia panel
go and change the scaling to software scaling instead of monitor

but usually i prefer no scaling at all.
reason is get correct ratio. ures going to be weird 1920x1080 on a16:10.

thanks to everyone, yup i do know my lcd supports 16:9 resolution, in fact, its native is in 16:9 ratio and i've been running at 1920x1080 fine all these time till now.

about updating drivers, i do know what to do when updating drivers. i do know about the scaling too. but no matter what i try, either it be nvidia scalling, or my lcd scalling, or scalling off, or whatever settings i tried, my screen will always be scalled down with 4 black bars on the side whenever i run at 1920x1080. only this reso where my screen will be scaled down; wherelse all other reso my screen would run fullscreen back fine.

i do not face this prob for any beta or whql drivers before this, i guess the new beta driver still have profile prob with my lcd then. if i couldnt solve this then maybe i should revert back to the the 182 whql drivers. just wanna try out 185 beta drivers to see how the ambient occlusion feature works. hopefully nvidia would release the 185 whql soon.

anyway thanks to all again.

It could be due to many reason when the whole screen paused for a while and return to normal. But u have rule them out one by one. Yah u can try to reinstall the driver to see if it helps. Btw, does the 'pause' happen in windows?
