Hi Ladies,

I saw a lot of threads people offering postal service from U.S.

Which is better? To join the shopping spree threads or use a professional service like vshub? I check the rates, if I consolidate, definitely vshub is much more cheaper.

I am thinking of getting a Coach handbag direct from coach.com. It's so much cheaper.

Spree Threads
The thread owner/starter most probably had done it a few times already, so he knows how to order and get everything sent to Malaysia efficiently. Of course, for the service you have to pay a small fee. Less hassle for you too, just need to deal with thread starter who organizes the spree.

Professional Services
You deal directly with the company. Cheaper if you can get some friends to join the bulk or you yourself purchase a lot of stuff at one shot. Anything happens, it's either you or the company. If spree, a lot of ppl will be affected, so.....it's like "we live together, we die together" kinda thing tongue.gif

Do not us VSHUB.COM
they steal things in ur consolidations of items..
probably they might steal the less obvious or the cheapest item but first i tot its very small item maybe really went missing then the latest time 3 items got lost! n their replies very slow.. since june till now problem still not resolved yet.last email they said will refund me within a week if cant find then i waited now 10 days oredi.. still no reply.. i think if still cant get it i will report police!

I got the same horrible experience. My package reached their center on the 17th, but take them nearly one week to acknowledge that the package is received. Write to them one mountain of emails and call them every day but same stupid response that they will 'check'. Now I have to pay more for express shipping if I want to get the package on time.

Guess what? Two days after putting in the order and the status is still at 'processing invoice'. I don't think my package will arrive on time. Which makes me VERY ANGRY! vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

NEVER AGAIN. Really horrible abysmal service!

Don't ever use VsHub.. They cheat my money.. use their service for several times and every time my item keep missing. Request for refund no reply almost 6 months now!! They owed me almost 1k, only refund RM200++ and now i have to fight for the balance.. vmad.gif

I'm just starting to use the service a week ago, buying DSLR lenses from Amazon.com worth RM800+ and was already greeted with problems. Everything went just fine for me with all the purchasing and delivery processes with Amazon and Amazon Merchant, everything arrived just nicely. And then problems persist when payment was about to be made to vsHub. I can't use my citibank Visa credit card because vsHub required Malaysia 3D cards only so I resorted to Maybank2u.

When payment was made, vsHub site told me the transaction was rejected because of possible fraud. WTH?! The money was already deducted from my account! I sent them messages after messages through Facebook and nobody replied, so i sent them tonnes of e-mails lodging my complaints. Not to mention I called their Singapore center and no one answered the phone. Then I called iPAY88 who asked me whether I'd like to cancel the shipping payment and of course I wouldn't. My items were already at the garage, what do you expect?

So I sent another PM to vsHub and was relieved that they actually replied to me TWICE. Once asking what browser am I using (which I replied to) and twice to say they had updated my status to paid and that there were problems with M2U and IE8. I just checked again today and the items are already on their way to Malaysia. I hope the delivery will be a success or this will be the first and the last of me using vsHub.

Though it takes some effort and pushes, they actually responded and did something about it. But it did give me the scare so I'm not so sure whether I'll be returning. Though it'll be a loss because the prices are a lot cheaper. *sigh*

Hopefully I can return to your service without doubts because I do loads of shopping from US websites and when I found your site you can't imagine how enthralled I'd been. they consolidate items in 1 box, but they use big box so they charge more (charge is based on volumetric). i once ordered few things but rugi cox pay extra for the big box, i can say my items fit about 2/3 of the box only!

At the moment we can only process the following credit cards with 3D secure feature:

• EON
• CIMB
• HLB
• Alliance
• Bank Islam
• PBB
• HSBC

• MBB (Master Card)

i think better order with spree in lyn. No hassle & no need to worry for extra charges
if buy only 1 or 2 item urself, u may save rm50,but y risk urself

How can I bank in through your company's Public Bank account? And when is the expected delivery once the items have arrived in Malaysia?How long will it take for the delivery to be done? I've checked the progress of my purchase from vsHub site and was told that it arrived in Malaysia on the 15th of July 2011. I know I can't expect a 6 - 8 days delivery using Standard shipping but it'd been 13 days since the items left your garage. Will it get stuck in customs clearance?

You can pay through Ipay from your account to Public Bank or you can email directly to customer service for the account no. Normally you will receive your parcel 6-8 days once your payment is completed. We have checked your items and they are with Nationwide. Hopefully it will be arriving at your doorstep any moment soon.

I bought 2 items from Amazon and it was delivered last week. I contacted VSHub for details on the next step and it takes them about a day to get back to me. After a couple of emails, they did not reply for the last 3-4 days. I'm so lost right now and I don't know what to do. I'm about to lose a lot of money if they do not get back to me. What's the next best thing to do? Should I report them to SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) as a fraud company? I called their SG office - no answer after many many times, send them tons of email for 3 days - no reply, left a message on their FB - no reply. Is this company for real?

Any advise guys? sad.gif

Hi Nicole we are definitely a legit company and after checking with our customer service we believed that you have used another persons credit card in our transaction and we needed to verify that such cases are genuine because we have many fraud cases and we would like to prevent such cases from happening again. Where is my item? Promised 17 August but till now i got nothing. Always give a poor service like this. This is not the first time i get poor services from vshub. Do u know i bought evisu jeans online and they charge me. £19 for shipping to Malaysia, (same price as vshub charge me) but it only takes 3 days for the item to reach me..but vshub? It takes almost 3 weeks...why? And you, vshub, is it youre too lazy to send email to ur customer clarifying why the parcel was delayed or give us some info when we will get our item? Why u so damn lazy to pick up the calls and replying our emails. Btw my number is : HM003496

Our customer Service had emailed you on 19/8/2011 and sent the tracking number to you. It normally takes 6 to 8 working days for Standard Shipping after your payment is cleared by the bank Please note working days excluding public holidays and weekends. @ulex Any news on your parcel? I'm quite afraid because I also used vsHub before knowing all these bad reviews here.

Anyway, is standard shipping not trackable? It seems that they do not include tracking code in my account.

Normally it is updated after 72 working hours but we do apologise for the late update due to the Raya break. There is a back log of item clearance at Malaysian customs and it is updated after it is cleared. Please be assured that our staff is doing all they can to expedite the process. Once cleared, you will receive a tracking code and your parcel should be delivered to you by end of this week.

Just received my parcel from vsHub today and I decided to share my personal experience to you ladies here.

All my items are arrived to my place safe and in good condition. Of course after couple of frustrating e-mails to get them update my item status in US and MY office. And they normally takes a day to reply your e-mail, which is pretty bad in my opinion.
My parcel takes 2 extra days to reach in MY branch than expected ETA of 6-8 days and one more day for Nationwide Express to deliver the parcel, for me it is still fine since it is not more than a week.

Other than that, the good thing about vsHub is they uses shrink wrap to pack your parcel as well as clear custom on your behalf.

Here are some suggestion I wanted to point out to vsHub:

1) Improve your customer service, e-mails and facebook replies are very slow and sometime has no reply at all.
2) Update invoice and item status as soon as the item reaches US warehouse.
3) Include more detailed information to your website such as Tracking Code is only available after item reaches in MY office.
4) Include more detailed payment option such as only 3-D security card is accepted by iPay88.
5) More accurate ETA because item are usually takes more than 8 days for standard shipping.
6) Some links in the website are dead "link cannot be found".

1) Since we are an online business, we do receive a fair bit of emails and facebook enquries and we do our best to answer them immediately during office hours but at times we do need more than 24 hours to reply them as we need to do some checking to ensure we give accurate answers to our clients.
2) We do update invoice and item status immediately but we do need a bit more time if there is a surge in orders.
3) At the moment tracking code is only available after the item is sent out from MY office.
4) We are working on 3-D security with ipay88.
5) We wished we could have accurate ETA for every single transaction but unfortunately at times there are factors beyond our control.
6) We will investigate on the links.

Hello, what shipping is vshub.com using from US to Malaysia? USPS? EMS? UPS? Why are the delivery for standard shipping took so long, they just checked the items and send by air, right? Not by sea or someone swimming from us to malaysia to dispatch it.[cool.gif

Seems like there has lots of bad comments than good comments from the users.

Here is my suggestion next time you can on-line purchase with the buyer then send your package to vsHub address at Tennessee. So you only pay the shipping cost instead of paying both.

Besides, U.S time is 15 hours late than Malaysia, the shipping day may delay 2 days is possible.
U.S people working on time, after 5pm they won't provide any service at all until next day back to office. Maybe we should give them some time to waiting reply from U.S so they can reply to customers with more confidence.

I just lost my package from FedEx at Anaheim address, it cost me thousand MYR, they pushing the question away to Local Post Office USPS,
and I just received the email from USPS that they din't received any package that tracking number I given.

As my opinion,service companies are depends on the personal issue, no matter which country there are still have such greedy employees exist.

i got many problems

- first - my packages are not shown in my account, and shown after i sent ton of emails with anger and frustation (3days) - solved with unsatisfied service.

- already transfer some amount of money, for shipping fee to my country, but my packages still not dispatched until now without any explanation (1 week,,, 1 bloody week)

- email responded slowly, and mostly didn't get any reply at all, EVEN I SENT THE IMPORTANT EMAIL!!!!!

- last problem until now : sent 5 new packages to my addresses, and only 2 that shown up. the last 3 with contain the more expensive from 2 packages that shown up... (about 500 dollars), still havent come up in my account (the tracking status show that packages already delivered 18 november) and guess what? now is 1 december. half a month!!!!!!!! where the hell 3 of my packages gone?
they said it already arrived, but they didn't really read my email, i said just one arrived, and next reply they explained that 2 arrived, so they said they will check the warehouse for last 3 items.... still not satisfied... almost half a month without any sign of my packages.

im already contact my brother in USA, if you didn't reply and give a solution about my packages, i will send any proof of shipment and notice the local authority in knoxville to open an investigation
and i will report your BCA account to be frozen as attempt of fraudulent.
i meant it, really smile.gif

because you didn't get me explanation and slowly reply and even sometime didn't reply at all and i take that as avoiding to fulfill customers rights after they paid and after they dont get their packages that belong to them..

you know, what is the difficulties of check off the name and suite number (its quite UNIQUE!!) and the packages still don't shown up?
and what is the difficulties of give an explanation about shipment?

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I've deposited RM3675 to their Public Bank account yesterday 2pm as i need the stuff urgently (left one piece on the website)They are prompt in replying mails, saying the payment has been received.

BUT today 7:50pm, they still havent place an order yet, still wanna check out with US staffs. This is so unacceptable. their service is worse than those china websites. I hope vshub can take into consideration. Thank you.

Thank you Vshub! I tried your service twice and i would honestly say that you have a great service. Although i have to call many times in a day to ask about my items, my items arrived safely to me in 9 days. The process is 8 days from US to Vshub Head office in 8 days and 1 day to my place. It supposed to reach me in 10 days but you can ask your Nationwide tracking number from Vshub then you can call Nationwide customer service to deliver it to you ASAP if it reach their office. I have tried this 2 times and it works! Hopefully it will help you too.

Hi, you don't need US credit card or whatsoever. Vshub can be paid by Maybank or any local bank in Malaysia. you have to pay for shipping once your items reach US address given by Vshub, the fee is for shipping from US to Malaysia. I have used Vshub service and i got my items safely in 9 days. Hope this help!

I think that we experience the same problem, my package still not arrive ( the ETA is on 7 Dec 2011) my emails weren't answered and my tracking number still not exist, very poor service rclxub.gif . This is my first time using vshub, I was interseted in using their service because they promise to send our package directly to our door step ( you know how bad the custom here in Indonesia). Have you got any good news from vshub? I just hope that my package will arrive soon cool.gif

Hafta haf paypal account.

Will definitely use them again, & recomend to others.

Am looking for a 'middle man' that charge cheaper. Hopshopgo charge 10% for 'Buy For Me' & vshub is only 5%.

Received my item in exactly 8 working days so i'm happy with that part.

Unhappy part is that, i emailed them asking if they could repack my item(s) so that the shipping cost can be reduced by reducing the volumetric weight and they say they don't repack and send in sellers original packaging. So i proceed to pay with the shipping fee of more than double the actual weight because they say size is big so have to follow volumetric weight. I was very dissapointed when i received my item. Two separate set of items are thrown into one BIG box that did not even took half the box space! Luckily they are not fragile stuff so i don't mind that everything are thrown together.

From my experience (so far), they reply emails fast when it comes to stuff like arrival of items, shipping quotation, payment etc (things that benefits them) and reply is very slow when it comes to other matters. I have another item on the way to their facility and giving them another try. If it's still the same then this will be the last.

Tracking number is provided in my account in their website AFTER the item reach my doorstep! LOL!

I'm still waiting for some sort of rebate on my next shipment or a more specific calculation to the volumetric weight they are charging! Because after checking my item size and actual weight, the chargeable weight should be about the same. Felt cheated!

From my observation up till now, the service is sometimes very good (immediate response) and sometimes very bad where you have to remind them to update our account on the invoice sent. I've got an item that I immediately forward the invoice to them and the item is already packed, shipped and on it's way to their facility and the account still not updated in preparation to receive the item.

But when service is at it's best, reply is almost instant!

Anyways, who has had their complaints 'investigation' solved?

So all in all so far, i think they lack in employees to run this business smoothly which result in so many glitches in their operation. I'm still waiting for my investigation to be solved and not just wait input from my side. Hoping service can maintain at it's best so it'll be easier for me to buy more stuff from the US. Giving chances to VSHub as it may not be a problem to the whole operation team but maybe 1-2 useless employee not doing their job right.


Update : request for shipping invoice and got the invoice in less than 5mins. After payment is done, whole day also my item status is still at step 2/3 Awaiting Payment. And this time around, volumetric shipping weight is lighter than the previous batch eventhough more items are shipped this time. If the reason is because volumetric weight is calculated from merchants original packaging, i expect to receive the items in the original packaging. Either ways, this is my second last batch to deliver and will consolidate the last batch to be shipped together and will try out other companies if service maintains this way. Regarding my previous compaint, i have provided with all the necessary info and pics they requested and....??? Thats right, no response as again.

Love hate situation right now. Love that theres such company exist to make purchasing in the US more variety but hate that i'm getting stressed all the time having to keep track on emails/compaints/invoice sent to them.

Update : still nothing! I thought by requesting the invoice Thursday morning and immediately pay shipping cost the same morning. My item can be shipped out next week (i'm being reasonable here). But currently (friday night), after the payment has been made,account status is still 'awaiting payment' even after sending a copy of receipt by ipay88!! They shouldn't put request sent on weekends will be attended to on Monday but they should put request on any day will be attended to when we like! We will look into this matter, we will investigate, everything also we will but never do.

I too have tried using VSHUB and am getting really concern as my parcel had arrived on the 5th but was not updated in the system. Wrote email to VSHUV enquiries and for three days now there were no reply.......

My order no is 13586.

If VSHUB customer service sees this message, please check.

I do not trust any words from VShub, I used another service and my item has arrived today, it only took them 14days to send my item, no trouble with the Indonesian Custom like VSHUb has claimed before. Before receiving my item from this another service, I just believed VSHub's reason about this custom clearance problem, but now I dont. If another service can send the package in 14days, why VShub need more than 1month to send my package? They said that my package will arrive at 7th of December 2011 and now is already 10th of January 2012? I wonder what have they done to my pakage?? mad.gif They charge quiet expensive for shipping (Rp 236,000;) while the other service I used charged me US$ 30, only $4 different, but I received my package on schedule.

VsHub gave a refund on my next shipping for the amount being overcharged.
Lets see how it goes on future shipping service before i get all excited about it and forget about what i ranted earlier.
I really hope that the problems i had earlier was just some minor technical error and hope for a better service as i am finally able to buy anything from the US without any seller's restriction anymore. (i know there are other companies but i have also read similar reviews on all companies good and bad. So i just want to stick to one company and work something out if possible.

Vshub, if you are reading this, thank you for the refund and please improve so we can all benefit from it.

P/S: almost gave up the first time but decided to give it another try and hope its worth it. Looking better so far

my first shipment (HP000520) arrived safely... exactly same as the given ETA date. (2 weeks after payment)

i thought i feel a little satisfied about the service given, all packaging seems really neat.

but you let me dissapoint again,
2nd shipment (HP000561) take more than a month, from 8 december 2011 and until now, 16 January 2012, i don't know where is my packages

hello please fix it soon.

PS: sugesstion for VShub: do not use JNE as your local partner as they often loosing customers' packages & very difficult to be reached.

Very very very impressed with their service for this past one week. rclxm9.gif

1. Problem i complained was solved
2. Another Shipping problem was also solved before i made a complain
3. Refunded overcharged amount for shipping
4. Called twice and both calls were picked up with just one call
5. Item status was updated in detail by a friendly girl who picks up the call
6. Efficient system date
7. My next batch item is also already in Malaysia on time
8. Both enquiries and invoice @vshub.com is efficient
9. In fact i got a call from them regarding my item status (instead of me calling asking)

In other words, this is like totally dealing with a different company compared to the last time. The girl who picks up the call is very very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and solved my problems. I didn't get her name but it seems that she's the only one that has been answering the call since the first time i called them up last month. Now i hope service stays this way and i can recommend more people to use vshub service. In other words, service is the opposite from the negative feedback i gave on previous posting here.

i'm quite excited with the vshub service actually... still noob here.. so what happen was, i tried the service for the first time last week and bought something (by my own) from Amazon and addressed it to my vshub suite at knoxville. From Amazon website stated that the package (well 3 of them) arrived on 19th Jan 2012 but still no email from vshub.

Or should i wait for another day, maybe they'll update my account.. i'm worried.. read a lot of bad review here, hopefully i'm not gonna be one of unlucky customer of vshub.

I spoke to them earlier today and they said that the item arrival status is not updated because they didn't get any reply from the US warehouse yet since they are half a day behind us and by the time it's daytime there, the office in Malaysia here is closing in the evening already.

And since next week is CNY holiday so the item arrival might only be updated by next Thursday when the Malaysia office reopens. But if you have any items otw to the US address, the item can still be delivered because they are open in US (i double checked with them regarding this matter) just that account might not be updated.

Earlier i was dissapointed with their service as well but lately their service has improved and i've been happy dealing with them ever since. Calls are entertained nicely. Emails are replied. Sometimes a bit later than expected but they will reply and solve our issue as long as we don't send nasty emails to them. And i even received a batch of shipment in the same business week (i did not pay for the expedite shipping) but they were nice enough to inform me saying 3/4 of my items from that batch has arrived and asked me if i would like to ship them out first. And they will ship the remaining items when it arrives. Reason is they split the items in such a way to save shipping cost and clear the customs.

Be patient, and i hope your experience with them is as good as mine. If you have any issues, try calling them and talk nicely. My experience calling them is really not as how some people describe about them. everything was solved without an arguement. cool2.gif

and get reply about why this takes long time, one of the reason is my packet being detained in the Indonesia customs

the customer service is in singapore which is same time as VShub and me in indonesia, but they can get their warehouse info quickly
they update customer account packages info real quick
even their fee a little more expensive than vshub, they give a guaranteed ETA, when it written 3-6 days, its mean 6 days maximum

You mean timezone? Well, the slightly delayed item arrival update didn't really bothered me that much at the moment as i have received a parcel in front of my doorstep within the same week from the day i paid for shipping. Customer service is very good as well. Maybe it comes down to location. Since my experience with them has been good except for the first time i used their service. ETA is always correct and in some cases, earlier. I hope their service maintains as how i claim it to be or i will have to try other alternatives too but at the moment, i'm sticking with them.

i gave up to this scam company.
they even made too many noobs to give positive feedbacks here. lol

tried to reach phone number written, and search the address written on my 1st package.

what kind of company that put another office phone (motorola official phone, indonesia) and fake address written on package as their phone and address?

they give 1st service for you to test, and you feel comfortable, they stole your biggest package and your money
just contact indonesian police office, just found 2 same cases, lost their packages, and each of them suffer 4million rupiah (about 500 USD) for shipment.
guess what, even vshub told will return packages, they still ask for money before it, and 2 victims that i told you, didn't get any refund

i hope Allah bless you with all of your job.

You don't have to explain the same thing twice. Or you think we don't get it the first time because we are 'noob'. Sorry expert, you should've did your study first before using their service as i found out that Indonesia shipment seems to be a problem.

And put religion out of this. No need to use any gods name. If they are wrong, they will get it. And if they are not, you just added dosa to yourself for no reason. I'm not saying they are all that good as i got an item not updated in the system at the moment but i always end up getting a call from them asking if i want to proceed with whatever items that is already with them first and reimburse for anything if the fault is from their side.
Just be patient and email them nicely and you'll be surprise how quickly they respond and attend to your emails. Owh well, i better stop before i get another 'noob' stamped on my forehead. smile.gif

Edit : my last shipment arrived before the ETA and the 2 batches before arrived exactly on ETA.

Hi all

I just want to share my horrible experience with vshub Indonesia that makes me really furious!
My package has arrived at vshub garage is US since 6th Feb,
I waited for more than a week from them to update the status in my account but nothing happened.
So i sent an email to them about it and their reply was just "please be patient, we will check with vshub usa regarding your item"
It's 1 month after my package arrived at their garage and still no news from them!
i just don't understand what kind of bussiness they are running?
They only reply your email if you send them an email, if you're quiet then they will be quiet too like a ghost!
they don't care if customers is losing so much money with them.
their explanations was only saying that they haven't receive my package from UPS.
AFTER 1 MONTH OF EMAILING AND QUESTIONING THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'TRECEIVEMY PACKAGE
Clearly UPS report said it's been delivered on 6th Feb.
Now they are trying to blame on UPS for their mess!
They are very NOT PROFESSIONAL at all let me tell you all!!

I tested them by not sending them any email asking an update about my pacakge, after 10 days i DID NOT receive any news from them, therefore i have to send them an angry email to them asking about my package.
I hope they can be professional, if there's no news they should've update thei customer no matter what, at least to keep up their reputation and image, customer won't be so mad and can be a bit more patient in dealing with them.
But sorry the truth is they are really suck mad.gif

Friends, don't ever use vshub, here is my review about them,
1. No information or whatsoever regarding my package if it's delay or missing or whatever
2. No solution
3. I asked for their phone number they never give, and they never tell you why they never give they just skip my questions like i never asked
4. No resposibility taken for their mess, worse than ameteur!
5. Unorganized, how could they lose a package, a big box carton at their doorstep!
6. Take a long time to reply an email
7. There is no other way for customer to contact them other than email, clearly unprofessional

i'm trying to find at least 1 positive thing about vshub, NOTHING.

As you can see the problem is not with DHL, not with customs, not with anyone.
They already make a mistake before i even order a shipment to here!

I'm pretty sure they don't really care about their reputation as well.
If they do care they wouldn't act this way.
An ametur can do a better job than them.

Using vshub is my biggest regret!!
But then Thank God i only send 1 item with them, my very first shipment.
I didn't use vshub anymore after i didn't hear about my package nor email from them after 1 week my package arrived.
I decided to use comgateway and believe it or not they very very very proffesional.
I've been using comgateway for the 4 weeks ever since, they are reliable, i've sent 4 packages with them and i received them all within time.
They are a bit pricey but they are very reliable, with vshub it's cheaper but it cost me more money probably 5x more, my time to contact them, my energy to deal and be patient with them and i get nothing!

There is not enough words to describe how terrible is VSHUB!
They shouldn't do this business and risking people's money, that's CRIME!

AFTER 1 MONTH OF EMAILING AND QUESTIONING THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'TRECEIVEMY PACKAGE
Clearly UPS report said it's been delivered on 6th Feb.
Now they are trying to blame on UPS for their mess!
They are very NOT PROFESSIONAL at all let me tell you all!!

I tested them by not sending them any email asking an update about my pacakge, after 10 days i DID NOT receive any news from them, therefore i have to send them an angry email to them asking about my package.
I hope they can be professional, if there's no news they should've update thei customer no matter what, at least to keep up their reputation and image, customer won't be so mad and can be a bit more patient in dealing with them.
But sorry the truth is they are really suck  mad.gif

Friends, don't ever use vshub, here is my review about them,
1. No information or whatsoever regarding my package if it's delay or missing or whatever
2. No solution
3. I asked for their phone number they never give, and they never tell you why they never give they just skip my questions like i never asked
4. No resposibility taken for their mess, worse than ameteur!
5. Unorganized, how could they lose a package, a big box carton at their doorstep!
6. Take a long time to reply an email
7. There is no other way for customer to contact them other than email, clearly unprofessional

i'm trying to find at least 1 positive thing about vshub, NOTHING.

As you can see the problem is not with DHL, not with customs, not with anyone.
They already make a mistake before i even order a shipment to here!

I'm pretty sure they don't really care about their reputation as well.
If they do care they wouldn't act this way.
An ametur can do a better job than them.

Using vshub is my biggest regret!!
But then Thank God i only send 1 item with them, my very first shipment.
I didn't use vshub anymore after i didn't hear about my package nor email from them after 1 week my package arrived.
I decided to use comgateway and believe it or not they very very very proffesional.
I've been using comgateway for the 4 weeks ever since, they are reliable, i've sent 4 packages with them and i received them all within time.
They are a bit pricey but they are very reliable, with vshub it's cheaper but it cost me more money probably 5x more, my time to contact them, my energy to deal and be patient with them and i get nothing!

There is not enough words to describe how terrible is VSHUB!
They shouldn't do this business and risking people's money, that's CRIME!

ordered some toys from ebay totalling to RM1300++ (including domestic US-US shipping) and the shipping quote i got from VSHUB to send HALF of them (decided to split them into 2 packages to avoid duties) back to singapore is already RM1450. so go do your math. whistling.gif

Our delivery services are 60% cheaper than main couriers like Fedex or DHL and 40% cheaper than postal services abroad. That’s half the shipping fees saved!


...oh yes, blatantly advertised on Vshub's website...but hey here's the reality:

an online store offered to ship my items directly to singapore for less than USD50, but thinking of consolidating them with some other items using vshub to reduce shipping, i told the store to ship them to vshub instead. well guess what, vshub is now charging me SGD109 solely for the shipping of the exact same items. i thought Vshub are in the business of consolidating items for customers and thus reducing the shipping, and NOT increasing it? no? hmm.gif Oh they dont even show how they obtained the volumetric weight figure used to calculate the shipping.

.. and that is just a small part of my stuff at their US warehouse now.. so imagine having all of them shipped.. RM3k perhaps?

so yes im giving up the stuff i have with them, around RM1.5k's worth of stuff i reckon, rather than paying that unjustified shipping fee.

guys, AVOID vshub like the plague!

by the way, i noticed that they kept deleting those negative comments on their FB's wall, while keeping the positive ones.. haha notworthy.gif

I have read a couple of bad and good reviews on VSHUB. Well, i thought perhaps they have improved through the years so I decided to give it a try to see how it goes. So, I opted for their Personal Shopper Service, where customer pay to VSHUB and they will purchase the item on our behalf. As a first time customer, I must agree with the bad reviews given.

VSHUB Services is very slow and dissatisfying.

After all the hassle of communicating with the staff, i decided NOT TO BUY the item anymore. mad.gif

For example,
1. Enquiring information on purchasing item, took a week to reply.
2. BAD communication by staff through email (the only way to communicate). VSHUB staff do not provide detail information upon customers requests, they only provide vague information. (sounded like inefficiency/fraud to me)
3. Asking for a refund, I had to send 3 emails and all I got was "we will get back to you soon" emails without any given reason on the slow process. Had to remind every week to reply my email.
4. Their emails to customers are always one or two liners. Not detailed. Refund amount was less than the amount paid. No emails stating why. Had to trace back my old emails to find that they took out the service fees. This should be mentioned in their emails. Explanations like this assure customers that the company has a sense of responsibility to customers.

Hope VSHUB can improve their services. As for now, i'd rather go for other companies.

exactly, no matter how many questions i threw at them, they would always responded with one or two liners. what really pissed me off was that they werent even responding directly to what id asked.

consider yourself lucky to get refunded.

I have a very bad experience with vshub.
Amazon shipped the item to them in October 2012 and hasn't arrived to me until now February 2013 (4 MONTHS !!)
The items worth more than US$150

In November i asked them where the package is and they asked for 2 weeks delay
At December'12 they asked for another 2 weeks because of holiday season. I tried to be understanding, but they act as if it's something that's normally happen.
No explanation, no description about condition about my stuff. mad.gif

Well in January'13 (3 months at this point) i contacted them, still same lie, they asked another 2 weeks. It honestly feels like a slap to my face, what kind of shipping do they use ? Pigeons ?

Still they'd never explain to me where the package is, what is the status, and the reply is just very unsatisfying.

Feb'13, i asked for refund in phone call. They said they'd go into it.
But hey what do you know ? The next day i call, they never ever picked up.
I emailed 3 times about refund,no real answer, just auto reply that they'd contact back (they haven't off course, another lie)

please do not use vshub,
charged me for Rm5xx, FINE, they willing to send the parcel back JOhor and recount the charges. (In my heart Im thinking wow not bad).

Then need to wait few weeks only the parcel reach johor site.

When I make payment, I choose standard chartered. Which is online banking and there is the instruction step by step how to transfer using standard chartered online.

I bank in on Monday call on Tuesday to check when my parcel will ship out. They say payment not in yet. Ask me to print screen the transaction to them. Need to wait 3 working days as this is diff bank. ( ok I understand). Wednesday still not in yet and ask me to call my bank and verified it. So i called and my bank said is succesful. Thursday still no bank in. Friday also say not bank in yet. At first ask me if I do transfer online, the charges deduction is by me or them. Cause they got 1 amount which is almost the amount v me. Then ask me call my bank again to check and they said that they called their bank and confirm. I will complaine to Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations.

Oh no, I already registerd and use VSHub then only I come across this forum. I bought a few small items on ebay and the items were already shipped to vshub warehouse. Hopefully I will not face any problem. I'll share how my case will turn out to be for the benefit of others.

My first time using vshub was a few weeks ago. It was fine. Everything went well. the parcel came to their place in the US and they did update the account straight away.

But now, i have 2 orders made, has already being received by MELANIE in Knoxville yesterday at 10am USA time. It's been one day but still they have not yet update the order received inside my account system. They said that i have to wait until 72hours for the update to be online, depending on the volume package received. I will wait until day 3 and if it's still not being updated, i will call the malaysia office straight away this Monday.

Never use vshub again...received my last item after tons of email and telephone its indonesian customer service in 6months. Just use another service, its clear the headache. Enuff...

Hey I'm about to order a Michael Kors Tote directly from vsHub, and I suppose it's a ready stock as it says, should it be easier and no hassle as what I read above? I mean is the merchandise in Singapore already? FYI, it says 2- 4 days deliver & free shipping... There is another bag I've wanted but the remark says ETA 1-2-2014, I think I'll wait till it arrive and purchase it...any idea? Thanks

Hi Rendle.. yes you are correct.. if it stated 2-4 working days it item already at their local facility..ETA 1-2-2014 means stock still in the USA for stock in the USA will take between 21 to 30 days from your payment date only you will receive the item.

Honestly their service is sucks. Bank in the money to them after quoting an order, and I've to wait for 2 weeks for their apology email that they cant purchase the item. And it takes another 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Never use their service. Seriously.

My experience using vsHUB service in Jakarta, Indonesia is very disappointing.

I forwarded 7 items from USA: 6 handbags and 1 watch. My first disappointment is vsHUB over charged my weight/ volume. When those items arrived, I checked their actual volumes myself and found that I should pay 60% of vsHUB’s charge. After having discussion, vsHUB agreed to return 75% of the difference within uncertain period of time. After waiting, begging, and harsh speech, vsHUB eventually transferred the refund to my bank account.

My second disappointment is 3 out of 7 forwarded items have defects. 2 handbags have visible scuff marks and 1 handbag has a cutting mark. Those defects are quite something that if I try to sell those handbags, the buyer will likely reject/ return them.
Based on my experience buying items online when I was in college (Ohio State University in Columbus, OH), American seller was quite honest to disclose any defects on their merchandise. Even, some stores would accept returns when buyer was dissatisfied. Hard to believe to see 3 defects out of 7 forwarded items were caused by the seller, which was defended by vsHUB Jakarta, Indonesia.

My third disappointment is the watch having all arms, including the minute arm, are synchronized with Jakarta local time.

We also have used forwarding service provided by other company and found it to be much better than vsHUB. Handbags are in ‘virgin’ state, means that those handbags are still wrapped in original paper and original plastic with barcode sticker provided by the merchant. My experience with vsHUB: those handbags are put into vsHUB plastic. I do not think that vsHUB has a strong reason to replace the original packaging. I feel violated; my privacy is not appreciated by vsHUB.

There is none of my defected item is paid/ compensated. I am disappointed and loss. I will never use vsHUB service (in Jakarta, Indonesia) again.

NB. If I am being paranoid (after losing faith in vsHUB) and perform further review on all of my forwarded items then there is only 1 handbag in mint condition. vsHUB Jakarta, Indonesia also sells branded handbags on their website.

Expecting my refund back to my bank account but what they did is to put it as a concierge balance on their website under my account. Took them forever to reply my query and what they gave is just some useless excuse.

And now i am being charge twice on the shipping from US back to Malaysia on the same item but different order number. No idea what is wrong with their service and their email take ages to reply.

NO MORE SECOND CHANCE FOR VSHUB! MY SUGGESTION IS NEVER USE THEM!!!

Should avoid every product/service this company offer all together, try google the site to find out the person who in charge of it(just google the company name, you guy should manage to find out the company boss name, as i find out 2 at this moment) and try to avoid all those product. their have very bad business practice that most find very offence. they been try to avoid my call and give various excuse and keep route me to different person!!!
