TM called me to say that there is an international link problem to Los Angeles / San Jose causing the slow connections. Estimated time for fix is 25 Feb.
Hopefully this is not some old problem news or just something to say so that another couple of days will pass by. If this is true, there is no announcement about this on their website or their helpdesk system. Lets see now if they update their website or come out with some press release. And I asked whether it has anything to do with the satellite crash mentioned above. No. The satellite must have fallen directly on the Level-1 support's head. |

TM's reply is amazing, because i don't think los angeles/ san jose handle their internal routing networks like me unable to open www.tm.net.my.Hopefully this is not some old problem news or just something to say so that another couple of days will pass by. Why there is no announcement in the TMNET website? Are they too busy coming up with stupid stories like satelite crashed instead of taking the time to update the website?

actually this kind of connection is what I've been experiencing on normal days of usage on streamyx at my hometown in sabah. Yupp i paid rm66 per month for service like this because the only other option is using dialup or unlimited gprs; no 3G, no EDGE, just shitmyx

First it was the "Upgrade" Then it was the "LA link problem" Wanna guess what other type of lousy excuses shitmyx will come up next??? BTW, if LA got problem, why only shitmyx got affected? Why people from Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, all not affected by the LA link problem?? You mean only shitmyx uses LA link??? WTF !!! |
