TM called me to say that there is an international link problem to Los Angeles / San Jose causing the slow connections. Estimated time for fix is 25 Feb.

Unfortunately, im stuck with 115 ip since the past few days. I was using 60.54.x.x ip happily surfing away on 27/3. It was midnight when i was d/ced and when i finally got on, i noticed the ip was changed to 115.x. Worst of all, im probably forever stuck with that ip range. Every reconnection since then only yielded me another 115 ip

115 iprange = Bad for surfing especially Uk sites (bbc), 50% slower in torrent speed, rapidshare died on me. The only positive it has over 60.54 ip range is that i can download from megaupload with decent speed.
