QUOTE(mylinear @ Feb 23 2009, 04:31 PM) TM called me to say that there is an international link problem to Los Angeles / San Jose causing the slow connections. Estimated time for fix is 25 Feb. obviously, i think tm is lying.....Hopefully this is not some old problem news or just something to say so that another couple of days will pass by. If this is true, there is no announcement about this on their website or their helpdesk system. Lets see now if they update their website or come out with some press release. And I asked whether it has anything to do with the satellite crash mentioned above. No. The satellite must have fallen directly on the Level-1 support's head. ![]() |

60.49.xxx.xxx - is the best speed in my area (like the good old 218) but it seems slow in some part of asian country like china, taiwan, korea, japan but overall is still the best.
118.xxx.xxx.xxx - is consider unstable sometimes good sometimes bad in my area, downloading at RS take a bit of luck to get fullspeed.... 115.xxx.xxx.xxx - is a very bad ip, surfing might not be a problem but downloading is sure suxx especially at RS.. 60.51.xxx.xxx.xxx - is almost the same as 115, a very bad ip in my area.... |

QUOTE(Eugenet @ Apr 2 2009, 08:32 PM) Saw on the website Streamyx is giving 1 month rebate for new customers. that's why i said tmdog is treating their existing customer like garbage.... I've been a TM customer since 2003 and when I wrote them about the poor service, they said I did not deserve any rebate. Wrote back to say I am quitting. Suddenly, the whole gloom is lifted. I am FREE!!! |
