Hi, anyone got the email address for Star or NST? I wanna make a complaint already. This is too much. I can't even do my research project properly with all these internet disruptions.

Every month also same. We shld all send in complain letters to the media and let TM be aware of our general feeling.

I think the link to China and Hong Kong get into normal, but the restoration still doesn't complete for the link to US as ping is a bit higher than before.

Got some news from screamyx.

Dear Valued Customers,

Referring to our earlier statement on 31 March 2009 on the disruption of our Internet services due to circuit faults on the Southeast Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 3 (SMW3) cable network between Tuas, Singapore and Penang linking Malaysia to Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) near Chongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States, Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to announce that there is a delay in the restoration of Internet services due to technical problems at the repairing stages.

Due to the delay, full recovery of Internet services is now expected to be on 9 April 2009.

Bottom line is, 115 ip is the worst, it can be as worst as old time 9.6k speed.

60 is not bad but 124 is the fastest...based on my experience..
