I feel it goes better too.However,I ping some websites and there are still a number of package loss.I think they just recovered a part of bandwidth.So we could see the improvements slightly.

It's my pleasure.By setting proxy in the browsers,only surfing Interent will be faster.If you want to improve your MSN performance,you have to set a proxy in MSN too.However,most of proxies are only supportive on http service.That means it may not work on MSN.
Anyway,I only hope that the undersea cables can get full recovery asap. smile.gif

I find the US link comes to be better,but China and HK link still run badly.

I think the link to China and Hong Kong get into normal,but the restoration still doesn't complete for the link to US as ping is a bit higher than before.
