I dont know why at a certain planet i kept getting the black screen of death..

high chance you're playing a pirated copy. No problem with my original so far, only occasional bugs, nothing major.

buy original... piracy is only hurting the pc gaming community.

Anyone seen this yet? I found one that almost matches my Shep perfectly and it was a wtf moment. I still like my Shepard who is imported from ME1.

Damn you! ...well the damage is done, so no point to look back.  tongue.gif Hmm, there something of her personality that attracts me, compare to other who are naive, b***hy, manly, she is smart and strong, yet fragile and shy. I dont know, maybe thats how I like my woman lol.

Well she's also my favourite female character tongue.gif.

The female Shepard faces there are great but the male ones are just... nothing to say really.

I have no idea. Go find out tongue.gif. I can't stomach watching my Shepard do that.

Say, how to talk to Tali at the drive core? Must romance her issit? She always stays near the two engineers.

Oh yea...

I set all the settings to default including the AA and everything else... now the game works fine...

Before that my character often get stuck walking into certain places [especialy conners] and the game crashed twice [black screen.. forced restart] in my latest mission that i was about to gave up one the game... when i check the bioware forum.. it seems that some people had the same problem as me ...

The bioware tech says they are looking into the problem ... but dont know when will the fix be released..

But i dint know the problem could be settle by just setting all to default ... [earlier i set everything to the max with everything on] .... must be some issue with the graphic card..

by the way ... pirated games are the exact copy of the original game ... just that it does not used the original activation .... so whenever a pirated game is succesfully installed ... the following problem they face would be the same as the one who got it originaly..

Im not saying that people should get pirated games.... but just a general knowledge about it to share..

Right, try that on a Valve game or some EA game.

There are some pirated exclusive problems with those games.

Thanks for the history lesson there dude. Just go take a look at the issues surrounding the pirated copy of Batman Arkham Asylum then see if your statement still holds true.

Also, just because someone posts some issues in the Bioware forum, doesn't necessarily mean ori users.

I'm pretty sure the cracked exe has more issues. Early pirate users of ME1 could not get into the Galactic map screen until a 2nd crack. Even then, the permanent overheat issue was not fixed for a long time, which was hilarious because pirate users had to reload save game everytime an enemy uses overload skill on Shepard.

Hmm but hopefully you guys don't accuse every forumer who crashed to be a pirate user, at least ask "jack sparrow or ori" first. I mean, Windows games crash a lot. Dragon Age was a crash festival.

Can these faces be use on ME1? All I see are just codes for the faces and in ME1 I didn't see anywhere that I can enter the codes.

Thanks.

With deals on Steam, there isn't much reason to be a pirate anymore.

True that, unfortunately he was just asking for some help with some crashes when someone just decided to accuse him of being a pirated user. Whether he is or not is really his own business (unless ofc he is asking about the batman:AA anti piracy glitches - then he probably deserves all the abuse he can get). This thread is not supposed to be for anti-piracy advocacy.

My legit copy of ME2 also suffers from the getting stuck on objects bug. It's game breaking for me which means i have to save often which kinda breaks the immersion of the game and adds to the frustration. Still managed to complete the game with my adept-paragon-SHEpard though.

Wait there's Anti Aliasing in Mass Effect?
I thought they didn't even bother to include that option since it doesn't even work well.

Inb4 NvidiaCC/ATICCC.

The only problem I get in ME2 was crashes at Jarrahe Space Station and collision problems (stuck, hover, vertical movement)

This.

I am so pissed, and don't know whether to try to move out of it or reload the save icon_question.gif
