same here, my HTC Legend connection drop to Edge from HSDPA constantly yesterday night, can't even surf properly on Air Asia :/
congested or service maintain? Previously still ok, all night HSDPA, now like all night Edge, sometimes GPRS speed only  btw, my location = Jalan Sungai Besi |

Hi, was just wondering is that "loyalty" offer from Digi still on? I mean the one where your monthly quota is upgraded. For eg if on the Explore package you get bumped up from 10gb to 12gb after having subscribed for 1 year. I've just completed 1 year subscription and previously received a message mentioning that I'm eligible for it. But after the new billing cycle started yesterday, I noticed my quota still stuck at 10gb.
Any of you guys having the same problem? |

2 month continue like this.. digi can shut down his bb company la.
unstable, keep dc and wont reconnect byself... gaming and suffring also got problem. ;-( terminate soon, thinking of using U or celcom. anyone know kepong manjalara which better -.- |

if u expect wireless broadband as good as wired broadband then u're wrong, it is meant to use as alternative 1, still digi provides me sufficient bandwidth for net surfing, i have to give thumbs up to them.

Experiencing during peak hours from 7.30pm to mid night. |

i have been using Digi bb since the first day it come to PG, the quality has been degraded nowadays...
called their customer service and also given the same answer, "your area got too many subscribers"... By telling me you got many subscribers at my area is meaningless to me... unless you tell me that i got 1% commission for every subscribers. The answer i want is "Sir, the congestion issue at your area will be solved in 1 month from now, until then you will enjoy a free broadband from us to compensate all the inconvenience due to this"... But, i still get the same useless answer every time i call them nowadays... "Your area is too congested, your area got too many ppl using digi bb, etc"... their answer was meaningless to me.... they din take action... impossible they din know how much user in certain2 area and capacity of their base capable to handle!... now not only WEEKEND got DC AND SLOWPOKE SERVICE... EVEN WEEKDAYS ALSO SAME!!!.... so how to justify us with daylight RM38 plan? we pay premium so we are expecting of premium service! pls do something quick! |
