You are obviously on EDGE... Lock your modem to WCDMA.

What modem are you using? Different modems require different method to set up force WCDMA/HSDPA network. By default, the modem automatically find the best/stable connection which sadly often results in 2g/edge speed.

After used DiGi broadband almost 10 months, just 1 word...'No Regret'...
I think this is the right time for DiGi to reintroduce back their 7.2Mbps speed to Malaysian as Maxis is already on it and Celcom also on its way...
Perhaps DiGi had also think about this, and as a customer I delightfully to see this improvement...and as usual DiGi must maintain its trademark of the consistency/stability and king of value for money... rclxms.gif

I've just subscribed to Digi Broadband on Sunday. Speed is good, nothing to complain biggrin.gif However I've noticed that it keeps getting disconnected at night sad.gif which is kind of a nuisance. The signal str is very good though. Any explanations to this problem or anyone who faces the same thing?
