to me, the 5800 is one of the most sensitive resistive touchscreens I used, whereby don't really need any force but just a touch will do. just hoping that the Idou would use back roughly the same sensitive screen as the 5800xm and i'm sure many people will be happy.

yeah i agree...

there might be more problems with the 12mp camera if:

1. it uses the same sized sensor ( no point increasing mp count )
2. it has a higher compression rate because of the size of the pic


and for a phone...the above problems are usually there... they wont use a DSLR sensor on a cameraphone..it would be much much more expensive..even if it's possible

This SE Idou more look like an Iphone but without all the drawbacks like camera, speaker, and etc.

I do hope this mobile can perform like an Iphone and better, but I know SE will never be more stylish than an Iphone just because of the name.

using so expensive phone in town not a very good idea...last 2 weeks, my friend iphone just get stolen face-by-face...so sad
and i playing friendster, 12.1mp is meaningless for me bcause the maximum photo size to upload is 2mb...my N82 5mp took photos already 1mb+ something. i cant imagine 12.1mp how big is the size of the photo....nokia camera can adjust to how many megapixel u want, but sony ericsson i dont know...............

sony ericsson oso can adjust the desired megapixel/pic size

Added on February 20, 2009, 2:14 amthat's y nobody can still say iphone killer... iphone is still the killer phone eventhough it has 2mp camera...but the most most nicest thing about iphone is the touchscreen and if idou can replicate this kind of touchscreen it could be an iphone killer.. and also keep in mind that the OS is also important.. win mo vs s60 vs whatever else..
