it depends on market, if everybody think the value is too low/cheap, definitely it will go to green.

To All Fellow trader, investor and speculator.

I have already committed entirely to this counter. This is my third time leverage that will be happening around this month or end of year. This is a extremely painful process while i have confident that it will shoot up after a long period.

Please give some comment.

Look at IPI figure, down 20%! yoy
Manufacutring alone drops 27%! yoy

It is a horrible number and GDP contraction easily more than 5% with this kind of situation remain.
BNM highly will cut another 0.5% in the coming meeting.

I agree with most of your concept except the exit strategy. If you plan for investment, then the only time for exit strategy is when the company is without good fundamentals. Else your capital will depreciate from time to time especially in bearish sentiment. Short term is called trading, no?

I plan to exit KNM at 20% lost. Is it ok? Does KNM has good fundamentals?

I dunno about KNM. Why do you buy it in the first place? If for trading and speculative purposes, then you do not need know whether it is fundamentally sound or not as you need to exit because you don't plan to invest in the company also. That's my opinion only.

speculative stock like KNM, LCL, Zelan, GPacket etc will suffer most in a long bearish market. Most of the time the price will drop back to its original (b4 surging price) or even lower and u can see a mountain chart nicely plotted. laugh.gif wink.gif
