One moar thing i noticed that 'Dream within dream' is also a slower version of Matrix Reloaded number - Chateau.
Could the music played in the movie is also a cue wether or not its a dream or reality? i.e - sow music - dream. Because time runs slower for us watching the dream sequence in reality, hence also the music.

How many years would it have been since he last saw his kids? Immediately after Mal committed suicide?
Not sure....But the kids in the ending and the kids projections are wearing the same dress for sure.

that's the point man. u go out of the movies feeling oh it was a good ending cobb went back to reality but then u think about it hey, something doesnt feel right. the kids, the house. doing the exact same thing looking exactly the same..
the same feeling u get after dreams. u wake up and go heyy what a dream it was so wacky
i've looked at most theories about this movie that didnt delve into too much speculation, and i guess all of them, including the one i subscribe to had some sort of irregularity or loopholes.

Ladies and gentlemen, we may have discovered our first loophole.
The time between Mals death and Cobb going back to the kids, is nowhere near explained. It could be within a short duration.
I think I should read Cobol job once more to get myself clarified.
But the problem isn't age only. The problem is, it is the same scene, same shirt, etc....

no, actually some think they also escape and also some think that the entire movie is Cobb's dream
They also escape ---> 50% Entire movie is Cobb's dream ---> 0% This is taking things too far. Its unacceptable. Nolan will end up as shitty director if this is true.

It can also be. I just happen to think that it was merely a coincidence. But who knows?
Think about it, he was given a chance to see his kids face. But he choose not to. And he knows how far he is in the dream (which would mean he knows its not real). So, why pull away?
actually we as a viewer is dreaming while watching the movie. The director is the architect. We are the dreamer while cobb with his subconsious projection. This is the very first level of the dream. Going deeper deeper until the limbo level. We got a kick when the cinema lights turn on and it's back to reality again.

I actually like one of the theories that the whole movie is actually a process of making a movie within a movie. So, guess who the cast is.
Both of you. I don't think that's true. I don't believe Nolan tries to do that.
But I think last part might be dream. Because some people point out:
1. the daughter is not grown up also. Same size. 2. Totem not fall down YET but not conclusive.
why not entire movie is a dream here some prove from my view they not even cincai name the character in the movie c clearly Ariadne - helper , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ariadne Mal - stand for evil in latin the most important is , the whole movie is about inception on cobb , inception on fisher is juz a set up anyway ther are alot explanation out ther , but nolan wont tell us which is true haha
