games are tied to psn id

1 psn id can only be activated on 5 physical ps3

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/765252

post #19 has it in details

edit: this is for psn games only. disc-based games have no restriction whatsoever

you talking about PSN games? they are limited to 5 activated accounts.

the actual disk. well no there is no play protection. otherwise Gamers hideout and black mango sure cannot rent out their games.

Okay, now it sounds to me like your HDD is being the problem here.

Its rather rare to crash on a demo unless the demo is filled with bugs anyway. Probably reading the data off the HDD is causing the demo to crash.

decided to ask it here.

can anyone help me. i've got Midnight Club: Los Angeles for quite a while but I've not been able to access the online modes. It always reads "Error with server...." Is it because I own a R2 game while playing with a SG PSN account or my Internet or is it the Midnight Club servers? I've asked this on a European based games forum and they said they have had no problems accessing the servers.

Help?

Damn, thought i pasted the question here.

And no, my disc's never hot but then I don't play for more than 2 hours.

I've heard of the problems too. Apparently, you can only connect if you have an EU IP, either that or use proxy.

Kobe = Daniel... laugh.gif

You have no idea how fast the disc is spinning inside that Blu-Ray drive man...
The difference, it doesn't sound like a hair-dryer like the other white box does.

myth busters did the special about how the disc spins soooo fast that it breaks apart in your drive. kekekek. lucky it was only a myth.

...although of course they revved it up until the disk did shatter to pieces.

any disc does matter. all u need is a small crack at the edge. if the disc spins after certain X speed, it will shattered 2 pieces.

no no. it was when using perfect discs. apparently when it spins too fast it creates its one gravitational pull shall we say. and starts wobbling then when it wobbles tooooo much it shatters to hundreds of pieces. but your average drives never turn that fast unless there is some error that overclocks it. heheh.

that's why each disc have the X value. that is the limit. anything above that limit and it's gonna break

Hmm damn frustrating that I keep getting signed out of PSN then can't connect back.

Pretty sure it's either Streamyx or my Router. The connection is so shaky that I know I can't play online, surely DC or lag.

Any ideas?
