QUOTE(lightning69 @ Mar 27 2009, 02:38 PM) Its very wrong to think of your customer as very low tech and not knowledgable. If you underestimate your customer, you will eventually lose them to the competitors who provide better and more convenient features. which Samsung model got this usb feature? LCD or Plasma?....know the model or link? wanna take a look.....PQ will better than Pana?.... SD card have very low capacity compare to USB HDD. If you design a product, you won't want to design it for limited use such as it can only play video or photo files taken from pana camcorders only. Why don't design them with USB port that can play dvix, avi etc so that it appeal to more users? Why you think Samsung is the leader in TV now? Just look at the features in Samsung TV now and its prety obvious. |

QUOTE(kianwee @ Apr 7 2009, 11:08 AM) Two possible answers: but if compare the detail spec...X10 contrast is higher....HDMI 1.3.... 1. Since he noticed the additional reflections and I assumed he was attracted by that additional 2 yrs warranty since he mentioned it, why not PV80? 2. I was just trying to screw him by recommending an outdated product. Make your pick. I knew PV80 is outdated product ..... |

QUOTE(g5sim @ Apr 8 2009, 10:52 AM) from my understanding, on the X10, you can set your desktop resolution to "VGA< WVGA, SVGA, XGA, WXGA, SXGA 60Hz" errr...any big different between SVGA and WVGA, SVGA, XGA, WXGA, SXGA ? hmm...then look like choose wrong model..... where as for the PV80, you can only set it to SVGA BTW, if PC--> Plasma, regarding the burn-in issue, i asked before few salesman, burn-in only will occurs if you show still image for at least 200hours continuously..... is this true?.... then how can I avoid the burn-in if connect to PC?....always play movies on it ONLY? When watching movie for those are not in 16: 9, will the black bar (top and bottom) can be burn-in?...... |

"commontan" now selling PANASONIC 42" Plasma TH-42X10K = RM2880
last week over RM3.5K...now below RM3k.... Then 42PV80 should be below RM2.5k I have tested VGA to 42" PV80HM, some questions here: i) maximum resolution can set at 1280x1024, when watching movie, there are no different between 1024x768 and 1280x1024, Which resolution is better? 1024x768 (native) or 1280x1024(upscale) for movie? ii) at 1024x768, refresh rate can be set from 60Hz, 70Hz, 80Hz and 85Hz, while at 1280x1024, refresh rate ONLY can set at 60Hz. Which refresh rate is the best for movie? I tried all refresh rate, but all look same..... iii) at 1024x768 is XGA....while at 1280x1024 is SXGA.....what's the best resolution should i set for watching movie? Need some help and tips.....thanks in advanced..... |
