Well, its juz colors... why wouldnt work?..

Thats what i diy'ed (20years ago?) last time when i tried it on those so called "3D comics", as i lost its 3D-glasses, so i used what sam240 mentioned.

And it works the same wink.gif

Oh well mabbe its different to "3D" in movies... no harm trying tho, considering those materials are cheap and pretty ez to find.
Yeap sweat.gif

actually, i try with some green and red color, seem not work, maybe the color is not matching with the mvoies, anyway, I will give a try again. Anyone tried before? If yes, please share your experiences here. Thanks.

biggrin.gif  laugh.gif I did that many year ago too, and it worked. Dunno about wheither it works on 3D movies though, but I think it should, after all, those colour papers are not expensive, just give it a try.
*
Sure, hopefully can work since now 3D movie/animations before more and more smile.gif

Which one should I buy?
Panasonic Plasma TH-P50S10K 50inch Full HD RM5500
or
Sharp Aquos LCD LC-46A77M 46 inch Full HD RM5000
*
I guess Pana 50S10k can get around RM4999 or below RM5200 during promotions, try wait until end of this year sure got promotion. BTW, my advise, try notice the reflection screen on S10K before you buy it. Your room lighting is very important since S10k is a little bit high reflection of screen. But X10K is much more high reflections on screen...haha....Just FYI. You can go visit / notice / compare them. Anyway, A77 still can consider but A66 is not good as A77. If movies, off course Plasma is much better; if games, LCD is much better happy.gif

QUOTE(gnsumas @ Oct 4 2009, 08:21 PM)
Pana isn't number 1 Plasma sweat.gif
You forgot Pioneer Kuro brows.gif

Also, Sharp very berpengalaman in LCD, but I don't think they are the best anymore.

Sure, Sharp is reliable, make panel in Japan, etc., but there are LCDs with better PQ these days sad.gif

Yes, KURO....best of the best.... 50" KURO drop price again? smile.gif

Plasma should be watch under bright room light or dark? I am refering to S10K
*
in NO light room (totally dark), you can enjoy the black level thumbup.gif at the same time, you also can see clearly the IR (image retention) blush.gif Yes, reflection of light depends on your lighting / sitting direction smile.gif Try avoid any light coming from your back where you sit (windows, dim / halogen light), or you can see the light during watching tv sweat.gif

Bro, of course 42S10K is much...much better than L37S10K for movies/TV. No regret with my pana plasma so far with 720p/1080p movies. try go check with your own eye then make your own decision. biggrin.gif

How long do you want your TV to last you?

If you not going to upgrade for the next 5-10 years, but an LED TV. RM10k as a 10 year investment is a bargain.

If you going to change TV like baby change diaper, buy a crap LCD first tongue.gif
*
wah, change TV like change baby diaper sweat.gif so fast ke? shocking.gif

But prepare your wallet and cancel all vacations for the next 10 years, you'll need the cash sweat.gif

You'll need to eat tofu and vege for the next 2 months if you buy SVS sweat.gif

How do you mean?
Is it the Brightness?
*
brightness is also too much....haha...conclusion: un-natural view (for movies)

QUOTE(richard912 @ Oct 8 2009, 01:53 PM)
I think he meant the color is a bit "unnatural" which I too have found whence I was still shopping around
*
Yes, thanks for your transalation sweat.gif
Well, first of all, before I get my plasma, I also attractive with the Samsung / Sharp LCD, after survey in here around, found that most of ppl recommended plasma if you are watching movies, so after few visit again...and again...finally I got my pana plasma, then very happy with my movies on it. After few months watching movies with plasma, then when go around elec shop like SEQ/SH/Harvey Norman, then only can attractive me is just the Pioneer KURO only....haha.... but the price make me "just forget it".... haha.... blush.gif when go around to view for LCD TV, then.....I feel that all the graphic is "unnatural"...haha....not sure anyone have this experiences with me or not..... hmm.gif

QUOTE(gnsumas @ Oct 8 2009, 05:12 PM)
SVS is awesome...
OLED 11" is more for bragging rights and to attract people to Sony Style tongue.gif
*
oh, but no chance to test the sound before buy it....sad..... sweat.gif

Simple question: ---> nyone compare LED TV and Plasma TV? how's the black level? How's the fast motion view in movie? Plasma better or LED TV better? Need some advice/guide.

Getting S10k now or wait for Pana new model coming out?
Maybe V or G series from Pana?
*
if cannot wait S10K is a good choice. If you want higher, V and G is most better.
Anyway, remember one thing, match up with your source <---> TV spec, this should be your answer sweat.gif
