It says there's 5% rebate off the total bill and that's permanent right?
Digi is giving 5% rebate only for the first 6 months.

I went there on the first day Friday. Arrived there around 10.30am, all the good stuff sudah sold out. Even the 4G Mifi they sell at RM40 each also gone. Left only few stocks of old 3-4 years ago punya handphone. And iphones. (Iphones price not that really cheap anyway)

Ask them will there be new stock coming in next day, he said no. This is all they have for the 3 days event. Hampeh betul.

I think your portion of the FAQ is an old one that they forgot to edit. There is no such penalty. The FAQs even have the below:

Wondering why they charge me rm100++ for the celcom first Gold plan. I thought it supposed to be rm84.8 including gst every month ? where can i complain bout this ?
