I really wonder why people still use their Xpax which has adjacent/non-adjacent rates. People must be blind. Atleast Celcom Blue is flat rate.

Exactly, one plan and good rates, who dont want? Ofcourse their 15 xpax rates are nice but what if you have to talk to someone not in the list for about 30 minutes? Let's take the worse case scenario, it's a adjacent/non-adjacent call. You wanna pay RM54?

I only complain so Celcom can improve, not bash blindly.

I think celcom plan will not conbine both prepaid plans coz maybe they scared no one wanna take their postpaid plans anymore...

Celcom got any plan can get free phone with signing the contract ?

Sorry if this is the wrong thread to be asking this. I've lost my asus zenfone 2, so I called celcom to block my imei. But the thing is they say that my imei is not registered in their system. I don't know what they mean by that. My phone imei is legit. I've checked it on the set, and even on my google account. Please help. I don't know what to do. I know i will never be able to get this phone back. I just don't want the thief to profit from this.

i just port out from maxis to celcom first gold plan, been using few days and the 4G signal is so weak compared to maxis. i only get 2-3 bars for my iphone.

have you guys faced the same?

One possibility is due to congestion, many people ported in to Celcom and nowadays 4G phones are everywhere.

I find myself to be happier on their 3G network with less frustrations, signal strength is also much better on their 3G most of the time.
