QUOTE(radi0head @ Feb 4 2016, 08:30 PM) And the best thing is... the stupid Celcom CS will tell you that Postpaid CS and Prepaid CS is different... Fine but I use my office celcom line to call 1111 and they insisted me to use my prepaid line to call to Celcom CS to make any enquiries... APALAR! Really frustrated... ooh yes, if call 1111 from postpaid line will go to postpaid team, if you want to call regarding prepaid, u need to call 1111 from the prepaid number itself to get to the respective prepaid team....such inconvenience right? Can't they just forward the call to the team internally?!

QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Mar 10 2016, 03:34 PM) Celcom was caught off-guard for d sudden increase in sub base which is gud news for them with the current telco price war that is going on it is risky for them to improve the infra since people can jump ship whenever they please.

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Mar 24 2016, 11:09 AM) they dont have official apps to monitor usage like maxis? QUOTE(Kyoshiro @ Mar 24 2016, 11:23 AM) That's the thing, even uMobile has ocs app, Celcom has none. Guess we just have to live with SMS balance query till they develop the app. my guess they are coming with one, an app for prepaid user is coming soon first

QUOTE(omega10 @ Mar 27 2016, 06:32 PM) Unable to watch Astro On The Go by First 38. Maxis no problem. Anyone has similar experience? no la...last time using my sister 's celcom line to watch AOTG while we were in PD (maxis got no signal BTW) What error did you get? Is the video keep on buffering? If that's the case then you are already connected it just that the celcom network is not fast /stable enough This post has been edited by hitch80: Mar 27 2016, 07:52 PM

QUOTE(omega10 @ Mar 27 2016, 09:27 PM) Slow speed. A notice will appeared to inform that the speed is slow. Tried many times and get the same message. Really do not know what to say. we were using my sister's line + hp (I can't remember got LTE or not..but in PD so I guess it was not LTE) and we were watching AOTG for hours without any buffering. And i really not sure whether it is related to celcom 38 package or not since my sis was not using that package at that time

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Apr 1 2016, 10:20 PM) For those of you who are looking forward to the fixed broadband service from Celcom that was announced earlier this year, it looks like Celcom will be launching it soon. We just received a tip from an anonymous source that the fixed broadband service, called Celcom Home Broadband, offers up to 10Mbps Internet speed (with zero quota) and costs RM145 a month. As mentioned before, it will be targeted at Celcom’s existing subscribers, so there is also a special offer for Celcom First Gold users too. Celcom Home Broadband is a service that “provides fixed Internet (HSI) and Fixed Voice (VoIP) services that uses optical fibre technology offered to residential customers which allows them to enjoy a stable high-speed connection anywhere within their home”. The service will be utilising TM’s High Speed Broadband infrastructure, similar to what Maxis is doing with Maxis Fibre. It costs RM145 a month but for Celcom First Gold subscribers, you can get a 50% discount for the first 6 months, and enjoy the offer at only RM72.50 a month. Prices displayed do not include 6% GST, which will be charged into your bill. It offers unlimited data with speed of up to 10Mbps, and also allows you to make calls at 8sen/min to all networks. question is, is celcom riding on TM's fibre infra like Maxis?? If that's the case then if you area have no port left then how to register? Like in my area, you cancel your account today, somebody else will takeup the spot. Whatever provider you choose you still not able to install if there is no port left
