Lodge a complaint via their online customer service portal first. If unresolved after some time, then maybe you can report to MCMC to speed things up.

Don't call, lodge it via OCS, usually they escalate it to Level 2 support.

Hey guys so I'm planning to subscribe for Celcom first Gold but seems everyone is complaining about network congestion and signal keep switching between 3G and H+. Is it worth getting this package? I'm using an overpriced maxis package and thinking of switching. How's celcom' section coverage around KL and indoors (malls, buildings, etc)?

either wait for them to further upgrade their towers or port out to other telco. that's usually the case.

It's normal. It will switch to h+ from 3g when there's Internet activity.
