more people using celcom because cheap plan so now celcom need to upgrade the network asap, or else problem will become much worse

Can't agree more, no point in attracting more people to the network but damage own reputation due to congestion.

Also, Celcom seems very quiet in making any announcements of their future plan unlike Maxis and DiGi, they usually keep their customers up-to-date with their progress like how much they will be investing in network upgrades and how long it will take etc. At least that will give more confidence to the customers that something is being done.

We can juz hope they do something..

i'm celcom subscribers for 10years already. as mention in celcom website, celcom subscribers don't need to pay 3month upfront payment.

you're not alone facing the problem. so many people already reported it.

it's seems the network cannot cope up because of too many user are using Celcom now

few weeks ago it was not this bad, but today is worse

well people started complaining more since last week

Celcom was caught off-guard for d sudden increase in sub base which is gud news for them

with the current telco price war that is going on it is risky for them to improve the infra since people can jump ship whenever they please.

so that's the reason why they don't want to upgrade their network

goes back to their 'best effort basis t&c"

so just now download and use it. The app itself is a crap and the music library and quality is very lousy compared to than apple music and spotify.

Uninstall it, continue to use apple music.

in this country...all providers use the same T&C
