still, celcom always the last to do something, and when they does, its the least quaility. digi and hotlink have free basic internet years before them. both got spotify, apple music, netflix months before them, and they only have yonder music and escape movie which literally no one use doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

if only digi and maxis got same wide, stable coverage in rural area like celcom does, i'll switch my main line in a heartbeat

celcom 900 band down from 34 to 20mhz, 1800 down from 50 to 40mhz
maxis 900 band down from 32 to 20mhz, 1800 down from 50 to 40mhz
digi 900 band up from 4 to 10mhz, 1800 down from 50 to 40mhz
umobile very happy 900 band from 0 to 10mhz, 1800 from 0 to 50mhz

but when check at celcom OCS, i kena charged subscribe and unsubcribe fee, and stupid service fee

called 1111 celcom CS, kena charged another 50cents. they said they have stop the service, as for the RM4 they need to review b4 they can refund or not. WTF?


HOW can i fully stop all this stupid scam service ?

And the best thing is... the stupid Celcom CS will tell you that Postpaid CS and Prepaid CS is different... Fine but I use my office celcom line to call 1111 and they insisted me to use my prepaid line to call to Celcom CS to make any enquiries... APALAR!

ooh yes, if call 1111 from postpaid line will go to postpaid team, if you want to call regarding prepaid, u need to call 1111 from the prepaid number itself to get to the respective prepaid team....such inconvenience right? Can't they just forward the call to the team internally?!

Using Celcom for 14 years, than porting to U Mobile last 3 weeks for Hero P70 and now porting back to Celcom due to First Gold 80. I guess Celcom is still the best for my needs.

I was having the same situation as you few days ago. File a complaint to Celcom and they refund me few days later.

What is the easiest way to regain our expired celcom number? Mine expired already because forgot to turn on the credit validity before taking jobs oversea. Now have to change all bill and banking info. But others like wassap still using that number.
