I am new user porting from Maxis to Celcom~ wanna ask SMS to 28882 will be charged or not? Regarding online customer service, is it user friendly when we surf it by mobile phone? Thanks!!

same, klang, can call but cant whatsapp or online,
restart phone also cannot but after change to aeorplane mode and online back ok already. ip5s user |

Perhaps everyone just needed to reconnect back to the network. Celcom's network usually requires this.

Too many user joining Celcom after they come up with new First Gold plan; need to upgrade their infra accordingly to cater with number of customers.
