Anyone heard of PhoneShield by celcom ? Its an insurance coverage.

thing is my phone screen is cracked now and I wanna claimed the insurance as its covered, call their hotline, call keep getting disconnecting at their Ivr, called celcom and they said the only way is to contact phone shield. Anyone know how ?

btw got this offer when I took their note3 contract and been paying rm20 per month.

How do I activate my SIM card?
Bought Xpax 24 Hours and I already inserted the SIM card on my phone. I can only call 1111. Other than, the call will just disconnect

well it depends on the location as well. it may be cheap but if the coverage is bad then there's no use. just like where i am now, i can get 3G with Celcom but only GPRS with UMobile.

its better to MNP to XOX, they straight give u 28 month free validity with no cost involve.

i bought package of Note3 from celcom, signup mpro, hopeing on enjoying 4g lte speed.

now i facing a 4g problem whereby whenevr the phone detected 4g signal, it will auto cut off line, i mean all the line, including voice and data. i have to downgrade the network setting to lower lower {ie : no 4g / lte) to aovid such interruption. Phone is running good if at 3g , H+...even E. As long as i did not set to allow receive 4g.

Filed 3 reports with Celom, after months, no crue. Went to Samsung service, only done reformat the phone.

So now smasung push problem to celcom, celcom say their network no problem. And i bought 4g phone signed up 4g premiuim data plan for only using 3g.

Anyone has any suggestion? Any advice?

Current plan is First PRime Call Rm40+ Data Rm58 (3GB with LTE) total RM98, wanna check with you all if you have meet this situation.

My data quota data 3GB finished as notified by celcom via SMS and data connection is directly cut off NOT THROTTLE DOWN, but my smartphone recorded data usage 1.49 GB only which start calculate from my billing date. Hence, data usage recorded in my smartphone with quota usage by celcom is not tally, I wonder if is problem with my phone or their system problem due (usual when system upgrading) ?

As usual, their customer service beside DEFEND, nothing convincing explaination given.
