i bought package of Note3 from celcom, signup mpro, hopeing on enjoying 4g lte speed.

now i facing a 4g problem whereby whenevr the phone detected 4g signal, it will auto cut off line, i mean all the line, including voice and data. i have to downgrade the network setting to lower lower {ie : no 4g / lte) to aovid such interruption. Phone is running good if at 3g , H+...even E. As long as i did not set to allow receive 4g.

Filed 3 reports with Celom, after months, no crue. Went to Samsung service, only done reformat the phone.

So now smasung push problem to celcom, celcom say their network no problem. And i bought 4g phone signed up 4g premiuim data plan for only using 3g.

Anyone has any suggestion? Any advice?
