need some advise, I recently went to celcom blue cube, last saturday in order to change my number from prepaid to postpaid,
but up to now my prepaid still can be used + my other sim which is supposed to be the postpaid is still not active up to today.

I called 1111 and they said nothing can be done since my number is still a prepaid in their record.

Been trying to call the blue cube branch a few times, but no one's answering. it's quite hard to go the blue cube to ask them what's going on, perhaps only on weekend.

what you guys's advise?

Hi, did you know Celcom has available for Celcom Biz (Special Plan) for only commitment RM2/month? If I am not mistake, my friend told me there is free call 3000 minutes within the same organization . But I forget already about how many units free sms within the same organization (who use celcom network)

Did you guy all aware about it? I quite interested to subscribe for this kind of biz package . But how should do to get this "Special Package"?

have u tried to walk in to celcom branch to solved this issue..sometimes blue cube when they perform port in or outs they key in wrong info which resulted porting unsuccesful ..cause i have faced this issue be4 while porting and it took me one week plus to know that celcom keyed in wrong ic number and i didnt received sms on this matter..

it's quite far away. and I can't reached them by phone. anyway they call me today and inform that there has been some issue with the system. everything is sorted out now. thanks all for helping
