i dont want bonus.i just want cheap rates. u want to know where celcom blue bonus come from ?

blue rates
call 39sen/min block 20 sec, all network
sms 15 sen all network
so 10 sms u pay rm1.50  drool.gif , 2 minute call or less u pay 73 sen  rclxms.gif

xpax rates
call 28sen/3 minute all network
sms 2 sen celcom network, 8 sen other network
so 10 sms just 20 sen only. 2 minute call or less just 28 sen  : rclxm9.gif

xpax2 still the best rate ...

worth to stay few years on this plan alone. i wont change plan in near future unless celcom can give cheaper plan which i doubt will happen.

u should've also turn off the "normal" packet data too.
theorically when "normal" packet data is on but data roaming is on, phone wont try to connect at all when it detect simcard is connected to roaming network. but since we're talking about software, there could be bug/data leaks where it would also connect even when data roaming is off, probably pinging few kilobytes of data before realizing its on roaming. safest way is to disable both "normal" packet data and data roaming alltogether.

agree ... if on roaming better turn off mobile data to avoid hidden/higher charges.
just turn on wifi, if want to connect with free wifi over there
