just bought a celcom uox pack and wondering whether the sim card support 3.5g/hsdpa? activated the 3g service and the phone displays 3G signal only. no 3.5g even the phone supports it. need upgrade?

nokia n8 and samsung galaxy. on hotlink sim card it supports 3.5/Hsdpa..but xpax simcard cannot support. do i need to upgrade? area klang, subang..impossible no hsdpa:hmm:

Just now I saw new xpax kaw kaw plan and call rate just about rm 0.28 for 10 minutes. Now I just have 1 question. How celcom charge us for a short call which is less than 10 minutes? Which 1 is better between 28cent/10 minutes or other rate which is base from 15-30 second block? I'm planning to convert my mother postpaid plan to the latest prepaid plan. She just make a call when needed and all of those call I can say was a short call.
